Smoothie shops usually sell the idea that sugary, fruit-free drinks are “healthy” — but not Fresh Squeeze! Fresh Squeeze offers whole-foods, plant-based goodness with every smoothie, juice, bowl, wrap, and salad. Each food and drink item is delicious (and pretty), and there is so much love and intention put into it all. It is locally-owned and the owners are so kind!

The taste is so fresh and natural, it feels like a celebration of nature’s bounty in every cup. FS is a sanctuary where wholesome ingredients come together to create tasty and revitalizing drinks. I was randomly in Otsego, and needed something to eat on the healthier side and the owner( new apparently) invited me in even though they were not officially reopened. I got to try some of the wraps, smoothies, and she even gave me a complimentary juice to try (lifeblood) and I was pretty impressed with everything! Only thing that was a miss was the Nori wrap, sauce was good but the inside tasted like tree bark….beyond that everything else was good and fresh. They literally make it infront of you…I’d go back!

Visiting from Northern California so I was looking for some healthier choices of food and found Fresh Squeezed on FB. I order the All American added some hummus for more protein on the rice(GF) came with Old Dutch kettle potato chips and also ordered the Pittaya Passion with orange juice instead of apple juice 12oz. I would highly recommend this small business for you fresh healthy snacks!! Staff was great, family run business!
