This local family owned restaurant is a gem! I wish I got a picture of the full baskets but half of it was gone in a blink. Everything was delicious especially the giant fried shrimp. There were 3 large pieces of fish, hush puppies, fries, and fried okra as well. Not a lot of space inside but it is worth waiting or getting takeout. We will absolutely be back!

Great place with pretty decent prices! All my food was cooked to order, so I had to wait a little, but it was totally worth it when I got my food piping hot! Deserves to be better known than it is!

The food is decent but the wait time is horrendous by the standards of anyone with a watch. Additionally, the establishment doesn’t serve alcohol (which is fine!) But I was told by the cashier I could be elsewhere and consumer on-site. I was then forced to either leave or pour out a completely full beer. Oh, by the way: The cashier tried to upsell me on frogs legs…I resisted but the person in line behind me “bit” and guess what – they had no frog legs in stock!!! Long story short: I don’t trust the food, the atmosphere or the lying, aggressive and threatening staff. I WILL return in the near future to determine if this establishment has improved or if it is still a cheap substitute-based “click-bait” type operation. I hope it doesn’t fail like so many of the long-standing businesses around it have in recent years…But based on my last two visits I’m going to need more thumbs down to accurate rate this hole in the wall.

This is the best place! I had a fried flounder sandwich which they make with potato bread and i put cole slaw in it. The fried okra is Great! Plus the owner let me watch netflix on their dining room television! Worth a detour if you’re traveling!

This is a great place to enjoy seafood. Either dining in or carryout a customer gets his or her money’s worth. The restaurant has delicious food and very courteous service from the employees and manager.
