3 stars only because the quality is inconsistent. This place is usually amazing! Their fresh rolls are to die for, Thai tea is sweet and delicious and they’re very affordable. However recently, unsure if due to new staff members, the quality of their food has gone down, specifically with their rolls. Usually it’s just a little wonky or unevenly wrapped but today it was strangely wet? So much so that the rice paper didn’t stand a chance and my fresh roll was more of a vermicelli bowl. Their saving grace is that they have the best peanut sauce in town.

AMAZING food. Super fresh and flavorful. The stand out for me was the lemongrass bowl – the fresh ingredients and combinations of spices reminded me of dishes in Vietnam. I feel bad for overlooking this lovely local spot – definitely returning very soon!

I walked in tonight to order food and had to use a computer screen to order. When I got home my chicken fresh rolls literally had barely any chicken in them. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund and nobody will answer the phone. I go to the Tacoma location and always get big chunks of chicken in the fresh rolls. See photos, I would Not recommend coming here. My wife ordered tofu fresh rolls and got huge chunks of tofu. It’s embarrassing to watch a small business restaurant raise their prices and then give you nothing in your fresh roll. Business owner – this has happened to me twice ordering from your place. I want a refund and will not come back unless the quality and amount of food changes. Disappointing.

I was quite hungry and ordered the lemongrass tofu bowl. I got noodles instead of rice. I really liked it! Hit the spot! I liked how the tofu was warm and had crispy toppings. There was a pickled ingredient that I couldn’t recognize but was very good! I may have been biased since I hadn’t eaten all day. I’ve tried to order this twice before and they have been out, so it was nice to get to try it finally. Heads up it may not be vegan, some of the crispy toppings tasted like it may have had fish sauce. Inquire if that’s a thing for you.

Two stars because the pho broth was decent. However the rest was very subpar. Literally the worse bun I have ever had and about half the size of most places. Everything was served in disposable containers even for dine in. We told the guy that we were allergic to wheat and then he brought our food covered in wheat fried onions. We had to read the package ourselves and tell him.
Regrettable. Also bun was $14. So many places are way better at that price point. Very disappointing.

Today, I paid $4.50-$5 for a bowl of rice & received about a single rice scoop versus usually where they provide quite a bit more. That is definitely not worth the price!
