Really great place to eat at. Just got off a long shift and not from the area. Looked up seafood restaurants and this place pop up. I got the fisherman platter about 36 bucks with a drink but that was some really delicious fish platter. The scallops were so tender. Same with the haddock. When I try to pick up the piece it just fell apart from being so tender. Definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping by from out of town. Or if someone wants to try some fresh fish or lobster.

They listened to the people and fixed the quality of the food here. The fisherman platter is generous but most importantly the ingredients are fresh. Kudos to the lady working the kitchen, she’s usually up front on the register and phones but she clearly cares about this business and made sure the orders were coming out hot and timely.
Really glad they fixed things, it’s just a big turn around and they deserve the praise.

Absolutely the best Fish chowder I’ve had! The seafood was excellent quality and very tasty! Good batter on the Fried seafood! I was very surprised that they don’t make their own Tartar Sauce! The service was friendly and helpful! I will eat here again!

Loved their lunch specials, so fresh and delicious! Fried shrimp set and Haddock plate set are my favorites! The set lunch comes with a choice of clam or fish chowder and fries. Their clam chowder is rich and flavorful! I haven’t tried the fish chowder, it’s on my list to try next. Their portion is generous. They also sell a variety of fresh seafood. They dont offer dine-in now.

Low bar for setting up my expectations of a lobster roll. I give 2 stars because it did have a lot of lobster on it, which was nice since I paid $30 for it. It’s served cold with a little mayonnaise. Lobster tasted fresh enough. It was wrapped in a toasted hot dog bun. Fries were not seasoned, nor were they fresh. Folks inside weren’t very friendly to tourists. Maybe they’re not used to tourists. The dining area is closed, so we couldn’t sit down to eat. We had to go eat in the car. They claim they still don’t have the time or man power to operate the dining room due to COVID. (It’s been well over 3 years now. Most people have moved on from that excuse.)

Fresh Pond Seafood is one of those rare places that reminds you why fresh food matters. The fish is so good it practically gives you ocean flashbacks.
The cooked meals are equally awesome — perfectly fried clams, scallops that melt in your mouth, and chowder that could cure a bad day. The place isn’t fancy, but it’s honest, local, and always smells like something delicious just came out of the fryer.
Only warning: you’ll walk out full, happy, and slightly salty (in the best possible way).

Lobster rolls are excellent! Generous portion of fresh lobster on a toasted buttered roll. Friendly service. Our new go to spot. They also have fresh fish for sale which all loomed amazing and fresh in the case. No weird fish smell which is impressive. Very clean

good spot for plenty of seafood options from cooking at home or a quick bite to eat like lobster rolls or the fish and chips plate. The quality is actually pretty good, taste fresh and has a crispy texture. The lobster roll is good don’t get me wrong & I know seafood in general specially lobster is pricey, but I felt like the lobster roll was a lil expensive for the amount of actual lobster I got on the roll. Overall the place is great for people needing some fresh seafood to cook at home and take out for one of those nights you don’t want to cook.

Solid lobster roll on good solid bread and thick pieces of lobster. Solid deep fried haddock, not perfect but definitely worth the 12 bucks. Unfortunately, the fries I had were worse than some hospital fries. Soggy and cold. The clam chowder was decent enough, but definitely a bit watered down. The real culprit from the dishes was actually the Cole slaw. Substituted fries for cole slaw in one of the meals and you still get the same small condiments cup. Not the friendliest front staff, but gets the work down. Dine in is still closed. Parking is free and ample.
