Such a great first experience for my mom and I. Was greeted as soon as we entered and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Good, good food! Great team of people and it felt really good eating the healthy, fresh items we ordered. We got both the spicy chicken wrap and the lemon pepper chicken salad bowl. We will be back!

This was my first visit, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately, which made me feel welcome right away. The restaurant is very clean and well-kept, and the location is perfect and convenient.
The food was absolutely delicious! I love that they offer fresh options like Brussels sprouts and broccoli to add to your bowl. I ordered the barbecue chicken bowl, and it was full of flavor. The portion size is generous, so you definitely get great value for your meal.
There are so many options to choose from, which makes it hard to decide! I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying another bowl. Highly recommend!

The food is not great, it’s ok but nothing to rave about. The lady lied to me after I asked if steak costs extra, which it is. $19 for a bowl is awfully steep. I felt like I was being rushed to order, like I was bothering her. I won’t be returning.

In town for my son’s basketball tournament and so glad we found this place! The restaurant was spotless and had a welcoming atmosphere. Service was top-notch — the twin staff members were incredibly friendly, explained the menu thoroughly, and offered great recommendations. Their energy and personalities made the experience even better! The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. My son felt nourished and energized for his next game. We’ll definitely be back every time we’re in town for future tournaments. Highly recommend!

D and J and Erin are Amazing! The food here is terrific and the portions are hefty. All the food is so fresh and prepared properly. This place has great character and I choose it over anywhere else, it feels so good to walk in and always be welcomed. My go to’s would be the chicken wrap or the angus steak bowl. Everyone should give this place a shot!

Great place! We went a few weeks back looking for a healthier option and this place was great! The worker was super helpful and he was so friendly. He acted like he liked working there! Always nice to see.
We built our own bowls and they were delish! The lemonades were meh, but everything else was top notch. We will be back for sure.

First time here and we loved that the food was served fresh, tasty and satisfying. All ingredients in the bowl were balanced and complimented each other. Loved that they served it in a paper bowl too and the quick service was great. Would be back for sure. Needs some cleaning around the dining area tho and one of the tables were wobbly.
