I have been going here since I had my first job at the food lion next door when I was 15. So, good lord 21 years now. It has always been a great experience and the burgers were probably my favorite within 100 miles. But I went last night and everything is different. I don’t know if it is under new management or something. But the atmosphere is no longer a home town diner kind of vibe. The burgers were not the same. They seemed like low quality Bubba burgers from food lion. That kind of mushy pasty consistency. The buns were smaller, crusty, and old. There was barely any seasoning on the fries. Then, to top it off, during the meal my wife asked me to ask them for a cup of ranch. So I went up and asked, and while waiting on it I looked over behind the drink machine to the right, and there, hidden behind everything was the sanitation score. It was an 85!! I’ve never seen that in my life. I’ve felt risky eating at places with a 90. But an 85 and hiding it for that reason… all too much. I will not be back here again. Not that it matters, but it’s kinda heartbreaking. This was legitimately my favorite burger place.

After buying 3 cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries, plus a cup of soup and spending 40dollars with a 20% tip, I got home and there was no fries in the bag. Be careful when ordering from this joint, I know I won’t order from them again.

I’ve been to both locations and will always be willing to go again. Food is prepared well. Staff is chill and friendly. The atmosphere is very homey. GF recommends the Buffalo Chicken Philly.
Comparing the two: I’d go to this one for better service and the other for a better atmosphere. Both earn 5 stars regardless.

I’ve frequented this restaurant a few times & every time the food was GREAT! My 1st visit I ordered a basic cheeseburger & fries just to give it a try. The burger was perfectly cooked & the fries were fresh & crispy. My 2nd visit I ordered a cheesesteak with fries & my meal was just as good. Both visits were dine in & the cashiers were very nice & friendly. It’s a small, intimate establishment with plenty of seating & a variety of menu options.

My husband and I were driving and I wanted something that reminded me of home. We saw this spot and glad we stopped by. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and I love crinkled fries…It was great! They were quick and they made sure to ask if we needed anything else! Definitely recommend!

I had a craving for a hot sub and my wife had a craving for a good hot dog. We saw this place a had good reviews and was close by so we gave it s try. It hit the mark on all cylinders. I got their Buffalo chicken Philly which was just right. She loved her hot dog and we shared a large order of fries. Definitely plan to go back when the craving hits again.

Wow! The food here is amazing …nice kind service..food came out quick..kind service at the drive thru window ..the pimento burger is no lie probably the bestburger i have had in concord .and the chili cheese fries are amazing ..love this place
