Reviews
It was decent a decent experience.
As a fresh and natural Thai food experience, don’t expect it to taste the same as a more traditional Thai style of cooking.
That said, we enjoyed our meals.
My wife had #22, Pad See-ew
I had #9, Spicy Shrimp Salad
I really enjoyed mine. It was quite light and had a lot of shrimp.
My wife gave hers a 4 of 5. It didn’t have the flavor of the same dish at a traditional Thai restaurant. But that was to be expected as this place is different.
I was a bit dismayed that they didn’t offer any fresh Spring Rolls. They had fried ones. As a healthier option, I feel they should consider fresh Spring Rolls for their menu.
I would eat here again.
One of the waiters was noticeably rude throughout our interaction. While placing the Thai green curry on the table, he spilled the curry, which ended up on the table. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. When we pointed out the spill and asked for a replacement, the dish was replenished, but the waiter did so with a very arrogant attitude, again without admitting or apologizing for what had happened.
Accidents can happen in any restaurant, but the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism made the experience unpleasant.
Food: 3.5/5
Service: 0/5
I’m attaching photos of the spilled green curry and the waiter who served us for reference. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves service standards.
We decided to try this place out because we had our dog with us, and they had a patio. Regardless, I’m going to leave this review because it’s best to get asian food reviews from an asian.
Each dish averages $15-$18. They ask if you want to add protein regardless of what you order. To add protein, it’s additional $4-$7. Seems like a scam.
The 4 meals we ordered took less than 10 minutes to come out. (Hint, not fresh.)
The Egg Plant, despite the medium spice level it depicts on the menu, has no spice. Just salty. It was so overcooked it almost seems like an egg plant soup.
The Thai Tacos, DO NOT ORDER. When it first came out, it smelled like canned dog food. I think they use canned chicken for this and I could taste all the preservatives of the low quality meat they were using. (Hint, not fresh)
The Lemon Grass Chicken was made using the same type of meat.
Pineapple Fried Rice with Tofu, not memorable considering it cost $20.
Listen, if you want to support local food but also get good food. Go across the street. There’s a Chinese place that has better Thai food than this place.
I recently did takeout from Fresh and Natural Thai Kitchen and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh herbs growing inside created a welcoming and unique atmosphere—a modern, clean twist on traditional Thai counter service.
I ordered the Thai beef balls and built my own bowl with chicken, vegetables, and rice noodles, topped with the coconut curry sauce. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was especially impressed by how well-labeled and accommodating the menu was—so many great options without any guesswork.
Huge thanks to the team for creating delicious food while also making it easy for gluten-free folks to enjoy without worry. I’ll definitely be back!
Parking at back.
My pot stickers were delightful, they have magic flavors and that sauce is perfect tangy, salt, maybe sweet. Comes with shredded salad. My Pad See Ewe was simple, flat rice noodles done right; broccoli and sliced crunchy carrots. Sauce was light and tasty. I enjoyed the small fresh crisp sesame balls with honey. Those disappeared.
Bon Apetit!
