First time here and it was ah-mazing!!Both my mom, also a first-timer, and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the experience. We both got the 6 bowls, as we wanted to try more options. We goth had a large amount of leftovers. Awesome quality. Awesome taste. Incredibly fresh!! Staff was helpful, friendly, and upbeat. Place was BUSY, but the line went very quickly. We will absolutely go again, SOON!

I’ve been to many Fresh Kitchens across South Florida, and none have ever disappointed. If you have no choice but to eat something out but want to choose something that may be healthier and definitely more nutritious than average fast food, then please do yourself a favor. I haven’t had everything on the menu, but I’ve had a vast portion, and everything is so good. I hope that the website may, eventually, one day provide nutritional information so that I can see how truly healthy it is because this has got to be too good to be true. also, every location is so staffed, so EVERY visit is super quick and efficient, while remaining friendly.

7 pieces of chicken, a small piece of salmon and some broccoli with rice. For 16$. Just normal Chicken, ordered citrus and it is literally just chicken put on a pan. Not a taste of citrus. This is supposed to be the biggest 1 person bowl. Broccoli was also very burnt and dry. The tiny piece of Salmon was also an extra 3$. While it was the best out of everything, it would only be worth the default price. Will never come back.

This gluten free restaurant is wonderful! Fast and easy food that is also delicious! First chicken tenders I had on years and I love them. All the sides, salads and sauces are delicious too! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

This place is amazing! I go there most every week once or twice. Their food is so fresh and flavorful you just can’t get enough of it. The avocado is to die for! Customer service is really great to the workers work really hard and they prepare your meal so fast and carefully.

I have loved Fresh Kitchen for years. My go-to bowl now is the coconut ginger rice base, with sesame green beans and veggie sofritos. I always get the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. I don’t know how they make them, but these delicacies are unmatched. If you’re vegan/gluten-free, this is a really great spot to try.
