This place is AMAZING!!! Super FRESH ingredients with so much flavor!!! Fast casual bowls of greens, grains, veggies and protein, with unique, freshly made dressings. No matter what you choose, you will not be disappointed. Fresh pressed juices are also tasty. This is a popular location, so parking can sometimes be a challenge in the middle of the lunch rush, but do not let that deter you from coming here.

We drive 40 minutes just for Fresh Kitchen, at least once a month. The food is worth the drive and the customer service makes the long drive unnoticeable.
Everyone is always friendly and very efficient when ordering, but also helpful enough when it was our first time ordering and weren’t used to the menu.
The Kennedy Blvd has better parking available, so park where designated because you will be ticketed. We always get two six bowls and a kids bowl for our girls to share. It is more than enough food, and has yet to disappoint.

Friendly environment, good food, not expensive. With 10 to 15 dollars, you can make your own bowl composition choosing among a bunch of ingredients. Car parking available.

Bowls were generous and reasonably priced. We sat outside all tables were clean. We were told the only drink options were in fridge but then saw flavored lemonade after we grabbed drinks. We all got different bowls and we each enjoyed our options. Food was fresh and great flavors. We will definitely be back.

This food was so good that I even forgot to get pictures until after we started eating! The food is fresh and cooked perfectly! The restaurant is clean and fully staffed. Everyone was wearing a mask and no patrons were eating inside. There is a small outdoor eating space. The only drawback was that it was difficult to park, but it appears that they are either adding or redoing a parking lot on the side of the building. Overall, excellent experience!

Food is always delicious and fresh. The salmon is very flavorful and has perfect consistency (not overcooked). Love the chicken options and the cauliflower mash is very good. Really enjoy all the sauce options. Two complaints: cauliflower noodles should be warm and the parking at this location is usually a nightmare. Staff is always pleasant.

Really enjoy the restaurant and have never had a bad experience. They serve some pretty tasty food for a descent price (8-10 dollars on average). There is typically a line but it usually doesn’t take long to clear.
There is indoor and outdoor seating available. They also serve many unique drink concoctions of their own. Everyone I have had has been good.
The only downside (as many others have mentioned) is the parking. It can be challenging at best and impossible at worst.
All in all worth the visit.

Food was very tasty. Love how everything is all prepared so all you have to do is tell them what you want and it’s ready in seconds. I do wish they had more vegan options, but the options they did had were very good. Staff were very knowledgeable and patient as it was my first time going there, even with a long line. Would come again.

absolutely loved the food here, it was so good! we got a steak bowl, a chicken bowl, vegan cookies, and an agua fresca. for the chicken bowl i got their citrus chicken on a base of sweet potato noodles with green beans, chickpeas, and feta, and i tore that bowl up it was absolutely scrumptious. we got there for lunch after moving furniture all morning so we were tired and hungry and fresh kitchen Did The Job. the vegan cookies were really tasty too ! i hadn’t had many baked goods that were vegan before but they were delicious, didn’t leave any crumbs. i didn’t love the agua fresca but i’m picky about them anyways, it was a good drink overall but it didn’t compare to how good the bowl and the cookies were. definitely recommend !!
