Whenever I visit a new place, I always try to find the best local bakery around & this place did not disappoint!! Came here twice during my weekend stay in White Center.
Highly recommend getting the Kouign Aman and the plain butter croissant — simple, buttery goodness that pairs well with any coffee order. My next fave would be the basque cake! Didn’t get to try any of the fruit danishes because I’m not a huge fruit pastry person but they came highly recommended!
Coffee is solid, I got the seasonal Maple Cinammon iced latte which wasn’t too sweet & it lets the pastries really shine.
They have a cute local vibe with an outdoor patio and something I really liked was seeing the bakers prep the pastries right next to the counter— added to the authenticity of the place. Everything was affordable & the staff was so nice, which enhanced my experience even more.
Make sure you get there early so you can have more variety, their stuff starts running out at around 10:30/11!!

This is the best Fresh Flours location in the city. The baked goods are outstanding – I’ve tried several different ones and every one of them was A+. I would highly recommend the basque cake and the matcha muffins – these two are my go to. The coffee service is super fast unlike other establishments in the neighborhood. The roast on the beans is perfect every-time on the cappuccinos I have got here. They have outdoor yard with plenty of seats with few tables for interior seating. The staff are extremely good at their job and always cheerful.

The staff here is warm, kind and efficient. They remember your order, take the time to ask about your day, and are very quick with their turnaround time. The baked goods are usually well stocked; if you go too close to closing, the choices are limited, but I am always pleased that there’s something yummy to grab to accompany my coffee. The espresso drinks are delicious – so grateful they use a darker roast than most surrounding coffee shops. This is definitely a regular spot!

There are very few bakeries in Seattle with the quality and consistency of this Japanese inspired (and formerly owned) spot. Great pastries. Great matcha. A must visit.

Usually, it’s the great tradition of high quality coffee shops that the better the coffee, the more unbearable the staff. Fresh flowers shows that this does not have to be true. Their staff are a complete joy. The coffee is wonderful. The pastries are even better and couldn’t be any fresher… They bake them right in front of you.
If I had to make one suggestion to make this experience even better, I love it when a coffee shop gives me a free drip coffee when I buy a pound of coffee. If they added that policy, my coffee life there would be thoroughly complete and without regret. As it stands, their beans are rare, fantastic, and feature lighter roasts than many of their local alternatives.

Staff are attentive and polite. I always have good experience with FF. Overall the experienced was wonderful. I give it a 5 stars. Much much better than the well known coffee shop across the country. And the prices are within my budget.

Tried to pick up sum pastries last Sunday before noon for our first visit. When we asked if there was anything available that was not on display we were rudely told that because it was so late in the day everything was sold out. When we did order what was available we were told that they were card only no cash(while there was a big tip jar full of cash on the counter). The person at the register could not have cared less so we left. One look around the seating area and you could see they cater to the gentrification crowd. While I was skimming thru the comments it seems like they pick and choose who they are accommodating to.

Amazing croissants and coffee, paired with lovely music and a charming atmosphere. The perfect indoor temperature on a hot summer day was a true delight. I especially appreciated the thoughtful selection of art and painting books!

Stopped by while getting our car worked on and found this little gem. Walked in and the case of pastries they had was amazing! We got a brown butter chocolate chip cookie and a peach Danish. With some strawberry matcha lemonade to wash it down. We opted to sit outside and dog watch! Perfect spot to see a bunch of cute dogs. The cookie and Danish were easily a 5 of 5. The drinks were good, but I’ll give those a 4 of 5. The strawberry didn’t mix well until the drank was consumed a bit and we didn’t really get much matcha flavor. Very lemonade forward. Would definitely come back again.

This is a cute little coffee shop/bakery. The Kouign-amann pastry is especially good, the texture of a croissant with a hint of extra sweetness. They have good coffee too. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Some seating in the front of the building and more on a delightfully landscaped back patio.
