I stopped into Fresh Flavors on a whim and left wondering why I hadn’t been here sooner. I got the Sweet and Smokey sandwich and it absolutely hit the spot. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and surprisingly not messy — just a clean, delicious, handcrafted sandwich made right.
The owner, Mo, is one of the coolest, most down-to-earth guys you’ll meet. Super easy to talk to, welcoming, and clearly proud of what he’s building here. The place has a laid-back, fresh vibe and the food matches it perfectly. After just one sandwich, I legit want to try everything on the menu. This spot is a gem — good food, good people, and seriously worth the stop.
Support this place. You’d be crazy not to.

Flavorful juicy grilled chicken, seasoned to perfection subs. Not the regular frozen processed chicken from the bag 85% of restaurants serve. Also layered with whatever toppings you choose. I choose provolone cheese, which was melted and hugging the chicken, adding a gooey, savory finish to every mouthwatering bite, inside a freshly baked sub roll. Get the house sauce for your fries you won’t be disappointed. There’s so many options!! Best subs in Fraser no doubt!!! Try it you won’t be disappointed. Plus they’re friendly, polite, and CLEAN!

Tried this place for the first time tonight. We tried the smash burgers (the picture does not do it justice! It was huge and juicy and sloppy) and fries and smoothies. Everything was freaking delicious!!!!!!! The owners are very nice and obviously very good at what they do! The prices are fair considering the $ climate. We spent as much as we would at a drive thru, and it’s wayyyyyyy better!!! I may never go to a drive thru again! The burgers were juicy and so flavorful! The burger sauce is a nice touch! The fries were fresh… EVERYTHING was fresh!!! Looking forward to trying more things <3

Wow! Amazing juices and smoothies made fresh fruit and veggies! Not over powering, well balanced. The sub was delicious. They don’t rush you to order and are helpful with you picking things out. The chip selection is huge!

I was working right down the street from here and decided to swing by for a sub and a smoothie. I ended up ordering the chopped cheese sandwich and an island green smoothie…ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They used all fresh fruits for the smoothie and sweetened it with just a little bit of honey so not only was it delicious, but it was beneficial too. They even throw in fresh lemon and ginger for free if you want it! The chop cheese was absolutely delicious, seasoned to perfection and too greasy like some other places. All the workers were super friendly and chopped it up with me about what they do…you can tell there’s a real passion for excellence in what they do. If you haven’t eaten here yet, make it a point to!

Fresh Flavors is delicious. Everything, like the name suggests, is made fresh and you can really taste the difference. The smash burger was so good and it was quite large for the price. The fries had great seasoning and were crispy. The extra sauce they give for the burger was also very good. I also got a smoothie which tastes way better than others around, you can really tell the fruit is fresh and not frozen. I’ve driven past a lot but never thought to stop in and try something new. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu, highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoy Fresh Flavors. The owner and his brother make a dynamic duo! The customer service is as pleasant as the food is delicious. The only complaint I have is out of their control – the lunchtime rush hour and current construction.
