I had a truly delightful experience at this Fresh Brothers Pizza in Westlake/Store 4. The lunch special is reasonably priced. The food i delightfully delicious. The food tastes as if the Chef Victor personally prepared my Pizza with me in mind. Cashiers, Etti and Bryan were most friendly and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restroom is clean. I trust that much of this is due to the staff being lead by a great manager, Antonio. They all represent the Fresh Brothers franchise well. I will definitely return and recommend friends and family patronize this restaurant. GREAT JOB GUYS, YOU ALL DESERVE RECOGNITION FOR A JOB WELL DONE. I applaud you.

I came in to order a lunch special today (pizza/salad) and was told that it would be 12 minutes. I told the employee that I was going next door to Barnes and Noble and would come back to get my order to go. I was at Barnes and Noble for 20 minutes and returned to Fresh Brothers to be told that it would be 5 minutes before my pizza was ready and it made me very confused. I decided to just sit there and be okay with it until I looked over at a family who had a child eating a pizza that clearly had MY name written on the box. I immediately said something to the employee and he said that they were there, and I was not, so they gave them MY pizza instead of the one that was not ready yet. I was in a rush to get my child from school and purposely placed my order prior to running the errand at the book store so it really was not fair that they decided the priority was for somebody already there- no matter what I was doing, my pizza should have been ready for me in the order in which it was ordered. I won’t be returning.
