First time trying Fresh Brothers Pizza. It was surprisingly empty for a Saturday night so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. I have never had Detroit style pizza so I gave it a shot. We ordered Motor City and margherita pizzas. Motor City comes with classic & crispy pepperoni and Mike’s Hot Honey. It was absolutely delicious with a thin, crispy crust.

We ate at Fresh Brothers Pizza in Burbank late afternoon on March 5th. They had finished doing a food photoshoot when we arrived and had occupied most of the seating inside with all their props. We asked if we could sit where able and was told yes. We ordered pizza and wings and as we sat, one of the employees, a younger man with curly hair, kept coughing as if he was sick. Since the inside spacing is compact, he hovered around us as he gathered all the props along others. The thing is he kept coughing, not covering his mouth and kept hovering around us coughing. We were waiting on a friend to join us, but by the time we received our order and ate, we didn’t get to enjoy our food which isnt cheap. Any of the other employees could have told him, hey we got this, theres customers eating. But no. I could have brought this up, but didnt want to make my guests more uncomfortable. So we just quickly ate and left. The irony is they look as they dedicate quality time doing their menu photoshoot, but completely over saw the importance of the atmosphere. You killed it for us with all that coughing. It’s a food dine establishment. I would appreciate my money back and do your menu photoshoots after hours. And no one continuously coughing, especially without covering your mouth around people eating.

My overall impression is that Fresh Brothers is your stereotypical pizza place, with a slight upgrade in ingredients. It’s definitely best to order take out as they only have a few uncomfortable stools inside lack back support and are very high off the ground. Customer service was fine, but since it’s not a sit down restaurant, you’re just ordering at the cashier. Parking in the area is difficult as it competes with all the other restaurants for limited street parking space. This is the spot for someone who wants to have a slightly healthier experience while eating fast food.
To start, I ordered their Korean barbecue wings, which were baked and therefore not as crispy as the fried alternative. The sauce was generally good and the chicken was juicy, but nothing special to mention.
I also ordered a Da Works Deep Dish Pizza. Since their food is made fresh, it took a while for my pizza order to come out, but it was well worth it given the quality. The crust was very doughy in the best way. The tomato sauce was well balanced and the cheese was extremely melty. While all the toppings were good, the sausage held the most flavor and spice. This pizza was even better the next day after a few minutes in an air fryer!
The side salad was also pretty good with fresh vegetables that weren’t wilting! It’s sometimes hard to nail that detail, but they aced it. The vinaigrette was a good balance of acid, fat and seasoning with a slight hint of sweetness. Its size was surprisingly large as well, easily enough for 2 people.

I was lucky enough to find street parking a couple of stores away, the dining area was kept clean and nicely decorated.
The service was friendly and professional.
I ordered the pasta with Marinara sauce along with the side order of Fresh Brothers salad and a fountain drink, if you mention Pasta to me, what comes to my mind is noodle-like their pasta was macaroni-style coated with their marinara sauce. It was an interesting meal, I guess they are trying this out since their menu doesn’t list pasta.

The Service: Keith was taking my order. Super friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service!!
The Food: I ordered the cesar salad and pasta with white sauce. Freshly made is always the key to yumminess!!
The pasta is cheesy & good portion. Grear addition on their menu!
The pasta is new on the menu. There are 4 different sauces. Can’t wait to come back and try them all.
The Parking: Street parking

I ordered heart shaped pizzas from Fresh Brothers in Burbank for a Galentines Day event, and they were incredible. I had to juggle a bunch of dietary restrictions and Ian, who helped take my order, was so patient and helpful. The pizzas were delivered on time and were so delicious. I got a catering package that was the perfect size and combo of pizzas. Highly recommend.

I am not actually much of a Pizza Person. Honestly, I think I ate too much pizza in college and just got over it. But Fresh Brothers has more options than most places do, and I really like their pizza! It tastes better, they have more varieties available, and they cater to different dietary restrictions, such as vegan cheese and gluten-free crusts. If you’re tired of boring pizzas that taste cheap because they use poor quality ingredients, try Fresh Brothers instead. Their pizzas taste better because they just are better.

The people are awesome, the food is phenomenal, and it’s hands down the BEST cauliflower crust in the valley. The lunch special is great and all employees are the best! Fresh Brothers is one of the hidden gems!

Skip it. Burned crust – inedible knots. Quality of the toppings and sauce is good, and love the diced mozza, but what’s all that matter if you only taste charred crust? Usually love Fresh Brothers (hey Brentwood!), but Burbank misses the mark.

The guy who was behind the counter might as well have saved us from a burning building, fended off a bear and delivered my firstborn child.
We order pepperoni pizza and got plain. Not only did he miraculously make the pizza in about 2 minutes (was delicious by the way), he let us have the other one as well. Extra pizza oh my god.
Not only did we get an extra free pizza when we would have just as happily taken the plain, but then I spill my drink like a doofus everywhere. The guy refused to let us clean it up, even after essentially giving us a free pizza.
God bless you fresh brothers. You’re America’s sweetheart.
