I’ve ordered a Large the Charlotta Original Crust + additional garlic sauce + vegan cheese. We waited 15 min and came to the location to get our order. ORDER WASN’t even started to cook. Workers asked us about some allergies which never happened before (we always order the same pizza and it’s always with a garlic sauce). So they just missed our order and pretended they carry about our allergies etc. Okay.
We waited more.
And got our order.
We came home and realized that it was twice less of white cheese balls This cheese is the reason we LOVE Fresh Brothers.
AND
There is NO garlic sauce at all. Pizza wasn’t crispy and was barely cooked it never happened before and it’s so sad to have this experience.
Especially when you are so hungry after workout.

Do yourself a favor and go buy a frozen Red Baron pizza at the grocery store for half the price. This personal 7inch pizza was $11.50, too much sauce and too much cheese for a pizza this thin. Where is the crust? After 1 bite all of the cheese comes sliding off the whole piece. This is double the price of a frozen pizza at the grocery store and twice as small and it tastes exactly the same. Horrendous, don’t bother.

This a great location in the center of Brentwood. They were very busy when I was there but my large order was ready in under 15 minutes.
The Staff was very professional and efficient. Mauricio, the new manager, told me they have new staff and I could see they were working hard on a hectic Friday night with alot of takeout orders.
I tried out several plates: miller special pizza,(excellent with alot of meats) buffalo wings, garlic knots and very tasty/sweet cinnamon rolls.
Everything tasted excellent and the portions were nice sized at more moderate prices compared to other Brentwood restaurants.
Highly recommended for takeout pizza, wings and snacks.j

I usually love fresh brothers well… their pizza but this time I decided to get pizza and salad. BIG MISTAKE! I got the Greek salad and it is terrible!
The chickpeas are hard, dry, and powdery which makes me think they must be old or something because I cook with chickpeas all the time and they never have this look nor texture. They put so many on the salad it took forever just to get the top layer off! (The picture doesn’t even show how many it was at the bottom ugh). Then the dressing that is usually thin and tasty for a Greek salad was thick like chunky and foggy. I thought maybe it’s just a different recipe but then I got a stomach ache… idk if this salad was sitting out or if they gave me something from the back of the fridge but it is horrible! I’m keeping my receipt just incase I get Really SICK! Fresh Brothers please do better!

Really disappointed with my experience with Fresh Brothers. I needed the food to arrive by noon, so to be safe, I scheduled it for 11:45AM (they only had 15 minutes increments) and even placed the order the day before. At 11:04AM, I got a notification saying the food would be delivered at 11:35AM—way earlier than scheduled and a whole half an hour before I need it. I immediately called the store to ask if they could delay it closer to 11:45 or even noon. After some back and forth, they assured me they could keep it warm and hold the order.
Instead, at 11:29AM, I got a notification that the food had already been delivered—even earlier than what they initially said. If I wanted it before 11:30, I would’ve chosen that time slot! I called back, understandably upset. At this point, it felt like they completely brushed off my request—on two separate calls. Not only did they not hold the order, it arrived earlier than before I called.
All they could offer for the cold pizza and pasta was a coupon. I asked for a discount off the compromised order because this is a larger order than I would normally buy, but they refused. Just an awful customer experience. Stay away if you have guests counting on the food arriving on time such as during school’s lunch hours as is in my case—because apparently, even ordering in advance and calling to confirm doesn’t matter.

We ordered a veggie pizza on Friday night and there pas a peace of sharp glass in it.
I know its prob a mistake, but this is really a safety hazard. I normally dont like writing bad reviews to affect businesses, but this was not mistake in the topping or late delivery. The sharp peace of glass, which was relatively big, could have caused serious injuries.
They need be held accountable for this mistake/negligence.
