The employee Courtney who took my order was incredibly professional and kind, even though she was managing the store alone at the time. She took the time to listen carefully to every detail of what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and ensured everything was written down perfectly.
When I picked up my cake, I was absolutely thrilled—it looked exactly as I had described! The design, colors, and details were spot on, and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. I ordered a custom 10-inch, three-layer cake (yellow cake and red velvet with thin buttercream layers), and the bakery exceeded every expectation. I provided a Pinterest photo as inspiration, and they matched it flawlessly. The cake was fresh, moist, and beautifully designed. Truly outstanding work—highly recommended! The topper is from Amazon.

Wanted to make a review to the bakery, I told him I wanted a Mario cake I showed him a picture of what I wanted and paid full price upfront no questions ask and they told me two days before to bring in the cake toppers. I brought them in and was supposed to pick up the cake two days later and I asked if she could send me a picture and she did and this is what they showed me and I said where is the cake toppers and she told me sorry we didn’t put them on yet. I had to remind her there’s holes in the cake and the edible images is peeling off and is wavy all over the place she told me yous always do this if you did your job right there wouldn’t be no complaints but if you do a job, you’re gonna get complaints I guess I paid for their mistake

And not friendly at all and I was trying to explain on my part, but she did not let me speak apparently she was the mad one, but I paid for the mistake and she don’t even acknowledge their mistake The proof is all there if it is a perfect job then you could see in the pictures that it’s not done right but I advise you don’t waste your time coming to this place because they want top dollar and they give you half jobs

Taryn did my daughter’s Peppa Pig birthday cake and it was absolutely amazing — 10/10! The details were EVERYTHING, from the design to the finishing touches. It came out even better than I imagined. Communication was also excellent from start to finish, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

I don’t usually leave reviews, and I planned to let this go initially, but I have to point out this bad customer service. I ordered a cake for an event that was supposed to be 4 layers and 8 inches tall, but on the day of the event I was given a cake only 6 inches tall much smaller than what I ordered. The attendant said nothing could be done and I had to call back the next day, leaving me to explain the mistake to my client during an important milestone celebration. When I later spoke with the manager, she was unapologetic, offered only $20 or for me to return the cake (which had already been delivered), and showed no accountability. A month later I found out my number had been blocked, while my friend could still reach them. The staff I met were polite, but the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Blocking a customer instead of correcting their mistake is unacceptable ORDER at your own RISK.

Needed a pull-a-part cake for my daughter’s birthday. We live about 30 mins away so it was great I was able to place an order over the phone. The cupcakes were amazing!!! Icing was great, the cupcakes were moist, and we had different flavors to try. Beautiful work… great experience
