John is also at the restaurant; he’s a worker there. He has no manners and speaks rudely, even using abusive language. He doesn’t take orders from anyone. He prepares the orders but doesn’t deliver them. Orders are sometimes 10 minutes late, sometimes 15 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes late. Their service is not good. Not good at all!

Absolute 10/10. This man served us warm pizza when everything else was closed at 5am. He also gave us a place to eat it and not be in the cold. Customer service? 10/10. Humanitarian. The pizza? Heavenly. Totally recommend. This place and it’s pizza was like water in the dessert.

Visiting San Francisco from Las Angeles and found this place because i wanted to try something different then what i usually eat. I ordered delivery so by time the food made it to me it was pretty cold and not so tasty. The French fries tasted horrible, it reminded me of being in high school eating those disgusting fries they would serve us for lunch. My fish was cold and tasted like it’s been sitting out all day. The wing’s were the only acceptable thing I ordered. And also what i don’t get is i order from uber eat’s and it pop’s up as Wings wiz but it doesn’t show on Google maps, it show’s this place but from the pic’s I viewed it is definitely the same place.

First things first! The owner is one of the nicest people I’ve met at these businesses on Polk Street. Honestly I have only had two different dishes on two occasions. I had some of the wings(made fresh). I also had a chicken salad. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Yes I’ll be back.

Was honestly surprised by this place. Was walking by and noticed they had a sign for a 12.99 shawarma wrap. Unfortunately it must have been an old sign because it was actually 15.99 but nevertheless i still went ahead and ordered it.
Ended up being pretty good and a good size. Ingredients tasted fresh, Fries were crispy and fresh as well. Nothing was stale, which has been my usual experience at budget shawarma spots.
Love that they’re open late and would definitely order the shawarma wrap again if I’m doing the polk street crawl. Would be five stars if the prices displayed on the sign were accurate.
