I ordered the ribeye with the Marsala mushroom topping, which was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. My boyfriend went with the tortellini pasta with shrimp—it had a delicious, mild kick that really elevated the dish. We also shared a side of mushrooms, which were perfectly prepared and full of flavor.
Their wine and cocktail selection is solid, though I was disappointed to see decorative wooden boxes for Quilt wine, only to find they don’t actually carry it. If you’re going to promote it with your décor, I’d love to see a bottle or two available on the menu.
One small recommendation: if you’re bartending, please avoid touching your face or hair while making drinks—especially when guests are dining at the bar. We love the transparency of sitting up front, but that means we also see things we might not want to. That said, our bartender was otherwise attentive, friendly, and made great drinks. Overall, a fantastic experience with incredible food, elegant ambiance, and attentive service. We’ll definitely be back.
Food:
Ordered a fillet medium and it arrived well done. Highly disappointed as you can see in the picture- still confused on how someone misread the medium tag in the steak. We waited so long for it that we ate it anyway – starving by the time it arrived.
Positive the flavor was good. We did tell the waitress she apologized for the error .
At the price they charged that type
Of mistake should never happen.
Disappointed that server did not wait until we cut into it before walking away from
Table. We eat out a lot as you can see from
My reviews and most always the server waits or at least comes right over and confirms the steak is right.
Also ordered a creole pasta dish that was not on the menu. Sounded delicious when the server described it but it disappointed
Too much cheese – about 2 inches of cheese. Over powered the dish
Way too hot to enjoy eating when it arrived at the table – husband was done with steak before it cooled down enough to taste.
The serving dish looked like one you would get in a microwave meal – nice presentation see pic but not practical for the amount of food in the dish and limited ability to cut chicken. It was a whole piece and not chunks .
Took 2 bites and asked for a to go bag. Very disappointed. We think it might taste better after it settles so will try it for lunch tomorrow.
Bread very tasty
Calamari and shrimp appetizer very tasty
Drinks very tasty
Hostess and staff very friendly
Atmosphere very inviting and pleasant. Would Make an excellent date night spot
Small thing but gave a very bad impression when we sat down one of plates was chipped see pic.
We heard positive things about the brunch so may try this place again during that time
As far as dinner thumbs down .
The food was awesome! My FUTURE had the tomahawk steak. Medium well. This package is for 2 ppl. It comes with salad, 2 sides, bread and a beverage of choice and a desert. This is a definite 5⭐ meal. My 2 sides was Calamari and Shrimp and a loaded baked potato. My FUTURE had the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. I was full after the salad and potato. Although my main course was covered I declined to order anything else. That’s really a lot of food. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant. She was not Mrs. LILLIE BROWN though. But, she did a helluva job! We will most certainly be returning on a normal business day. For Cupids day this is a must try. Call a few days ahead. Get your reservation set. The seats go fast on this day. Get there and enjoy the ambience and the saxophonist while enjoying your meal.
Appetizers:
Meatballs – rated 4
Extras from side menu:
Italian sausage -3
Roasted potatoes – 4
Meals:
Son got spaghetti and meatballs. He rated this meal an average 3. Said it was OK but prob would not order again.
Husband and I both got the cowboy steak which came with bacon wrapped shrimp and a side. He got a side salad and I got garlic mashed potatoes. Both steaks were cooked nicely, but they were very thin and fatty for the price we paid. The mashed potatoes were good but nothing stood out about them. The bacon on the shrimp was under cooked which meant the bacon was chewy and fatty vs. crispy. We both rate our meals as a 3.4 we both felt it was too pricey for what we got.
We order the cannolis for dessert and did not like them at all. The filling tasted like powder. We took one bite out of each and left the rest. Rated – 1
Husband got the Moscow mule – 5 rating
I got the Blackberry Peach drink – 5 rating
Cons:
-There were not a lot of kid friendly options on the dinner menu.
-Steak is very thin cut and fatty.
-Prices are high. From family of 3 we paid 211.00 before tip. We enjoyed the experience but won’t go back for that price.
Pros:
Plenty of parking
Nice ambiance
Service was good
Clean
Our overall rating would be a 3.4
