The food here is AMAZING. Me and my girlfriend came for the first time and the owner was super welcoming and helpful. Everything is fresh, and since we didn’t know what to get, he really put us on game. The Mexicacali bowl is —just add a little salt and pepper and it’s perfect. The avocado wrap was really good too! On top of that, he gave me the wrap on the house since we were first-timers, which was dope.
The atmosphere speaks to you the moment you walk in—it’s comforting, chill, and just feels good to be there. The coolest part is they even have brain games inside, which makes it fun and different. If you like little outings, exploring new spots, and welcoming vibes, this place is for you. Oh—and did I mention the food is really good? Definitely coming back.

THIS HEALTHY SPOT IS A HIDDEN GEM! My husband and I were greeted with excellent customer service and so much warmth! We enjoyed two delicious fresh pressed juices. We also enjoyed the chicken (free range organic btw!) burrito and the chicken bowl- YUM! It was packed with nutrition and so healthy. The açaí bowl was served the traditional Brazilian way with condensed milk and powdered milk- too good! The pitaya bowl was delightful as well. We look forward to returning. If you enjoy nutritious and healthy food- you have to visit Fresca Vida!!!

We experienced Fresca Vida earlier this week. It.was.delicious!!!! We enjoyed how fresh everything was, the allergy-friendly options & the presentation of the dishes. It was so good, we returned just a few days later. This is absolutely a place we will be ordering from often. We’ve now dined in & picked up to-go and everything was perfect. Highly recommend – 10/10!!!!

My friends and I came here for an early dinner and it’s so nice! I can’t have gluten, dairy, or red meat because I have celiac disease. They were very accommodating to me and my friends. Would come back here every day to eat! It’s also VERY clean in the restaurant. I recommend the sushi bowl!

I just wanted to say 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend and I were scouring around looking for healthy options to jumpstart 2026 and we came across this beautiful small business. The second you walk in it is so warm and inviting there’s nothing but plants and cute cozy decor all around. My boyfriend and I also took a look at the social activities by the window ( cards, uno, etc. While we were waiting for our food, we decided to play “our future Edition actually curious” card game! It was so sweet and great for getting to know one another better. Continuing on with from start to finish experience, lol the second we walked in they were very inviting and The staff acknowledged us. They have a very big selection of food which I love because it really caters to almost every craving, but in a healthier version❤️!. The owner/Cashier was very helpful with the menu And broke everything down for us and figured out what we were in the mood for. I got the Tex-Mex bowl. It was super good and refreshing Honestly, I devoured it. My boyfriend got the egg and avocado Breakfast burrito it was so good. It was really flavorful. Me and him switched for a couple of minutes eating each other’s food lol!!
We also got smoothies called “pick me up or wake up” smoothie it had chocolate and peanut butter in it and a couple of other things It was definitely more on the bitter side, but it complimented the food that we ate really well And was apparently supposed to be in a bowl form. I would love to see this place have a lot more business because honestly, it is such a hidden gem especially on a Sunday!❤️ oh they do Uber Eats and DoorDash as well . I had to write this review bc I can tell the owner loves what he does and is spreading the energy to the community. usually I don’t post reviews but I had to for this place❤️

Such an incredible experience!! The owner is so friendly and kind. I was visiting the area and glad to find this amazingly healthy food spot. The prices are great and the food is out of this world. This is a must try spot, you will not regret it!!

I can’t believe I have lived 10 min away from this place and never knew about it. There aren’t many options for clean healthy food out there and this place is a gem! I had a gluten free Organic chicken burrito that was the bomb!! My new favorite eatery.

Finally a place with many vegetarian and vegan options. Add flavorful iced coffee and nice service and you have a wonderful lunch spot.
Why not 5 stars? The food is fresh and light but also very lightly salted, lightly herbed, and lightly spiced. I am craving bolder flavors and next time I might sneak some salt and Aleppo pepper into the restaurant 🙂
