I had dinner with my friends here this week and was blown away, think of Chipotle but 100x better. Friendly staff, large portions for a very affordable price, and fresh ingredients is what stuck out right away. I had the burrito bowl and the rice, meat, veggies, and guac/queso was unbelievable, I would recommend that to anyone. They’ve even got their own house hot sauce! The dining room has plenty of space to eat with any size of group as well. We topped off our meal with the churros, homemade and perfectly prepared. This is a must stop for folks in Ripon and those traveling through!

Liam and Jesus were awesome, super helpful and had great energy. The food at Fresca was amazing, damn near better than Qdoba! Portion sizes were bigger, everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I had 3 steak tacos. I will say the portion size was very good. I also had the rice and beans wich was also good. However I could tell the refried beans were canned and I feel like the steak meat could of had more flavor. Overall you get a good bang for your buck. Wich is why I gave it 5 stars

Portions are large and they really make you feel like you are getting your money worth. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but the main reason I’m leaving this review is for Jesũs. That guy right there is basically running non stop, his hustle is incredible and i really hope he is getting paid enough! U won’t find an employee like that very often!

After visiting the Ripon dog park several times per week, we finally decided to check out the Fresca Mexica grill, after trying some taco dinners, I’m convinced this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve encountered, it’s not your standard place, but the final result is I’ve got a new go to place for Mexican fare, I ordered a taco dinner with 3 steak tacos, sides of black beans and rice and that was very enjoyable, the steak was the best I’ve yet to have, the portion of meat on the shell was incredible, the pico was tasty and it came fast! I’d go again and try some other options, the set up is similar to two national chains where you choose a shell or bowl, the protein s and then your toppings, great system, food and friendly staff! An A+ to Fresca from this guy! You gotta try it!

Today was their grand opening, and we wanted to check it out. EVERYTHING is fresh! I saw one of the chefs cutting up the beef, so I know it wasn’t your typical bag of frozen “mystery meat”. The salsa, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, queso, etc. all tasted homemade.
My husband and I both got burritos, which are 12″, and my daughter got a burrito bowl. They are stuffed full with whatever you choose to put in them. Some ingredients come included in the base price and others will cost extra (such as meat and guac). All of our meals were very filling and delicious. I like that the tortilla chips are warmed and not just grabbed from a bag.
The restaurant was very clean, well lit, and had a nice updated look. Staff was very friendly and greeted us as we entered and left. I’m excited to see what else Fresca will adding to their menu as their business grows. Best of luck. We will be back.
