Fresca Café
Corey was our waitress and what a delight. Paul is the owner, we got to chat with him for a minute because he was very busy. I have to tell you it’s the best lobster ravioli I’ve had in years. I’m pretty sure everything there is made from scratch but the most important it’s made with love, fresh and delicious. They have homemade gelato, pasta, pizza and honestly I can’t wait to go back to try that gelato, maybe even order a gelato cake to go, really excited! I want to try the pizza.
Paul, it was a pleasure to meet you and I can’t wait to come back.
The day we were there, it wasn’t busy, and none of the lights were on. I think they blew a fuse but honestly, it was fun, romantic, and most important in the kitchen still function.
I WOULD RECOMMEND

6 on a 5 star scale! The food is amazing. The service is amazing, and the service from Corey is absolutely exemplary.
My wife is celiac and not only do they have fantastic gluten-free options, they also, did a no-cross contamination prep. Try everything here, but the lasagna, bread, marinara, and canolies are out of this world.

I’ve been here twice now and both times the food, drink, and service was impeccable. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting and cozy. And holy cow, talk about fantastic food! I had the Lobster ravioli on my first visit and shared a Build-Your-Own 16″ pizza with my boyfriend on the second visit (pictured is a slice). The ravioli was soooo delicious (the sauce yum yum YUM), but the star of the show was the pizza! The crust is homemade (the use of local honey is a great addition) and is so fluffy and light and the perfect amount of crispy. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. Also with the second visit, we had dessert. I had the cannoli (pictured) and my boyfriend had the cheesecake (both freshly homemade). The crust on the cheesecake tastes like Christmas and the cannoli was the best I’ve ever had! We’re not only making this restaurant our go-to when we’re in the area when dropping our dog off for grooming, but we’re gladly going to make the trip on pizza nights (with lots of desserts in tow)! I can’t wait to try all of their gelato flavors as well! It’s a great family-run restaurant in all the best ways.

My new favorite Italian restaurant in Prescott. Great menu, delicious and authentic. Our waiter, Brandon, was courteous and knowledgeable. My wife says it has the best gluten free pizza crust – ever. Prices seem reasonable. We’ll be back.

This was not a good experience. We are visiting Prescott for the first time. We decided we wanted pasta. Wish we had chosen somewhere else to eat. Our food was not good. For how much they charge, it was an absolute disappointment. The penne al la vodka was so watery. The shrimp scampi was a joke! It was a little bit of pasta with water and 3 shrimp for $17!! I had to add crushed peppers, salt, and pepper to give it any flavor. The “bread that came with it was burnt bread crust that was basically crackers. The restaurant was cute, and the lady who served us was a sweetheart, and this is the only reason we gave 2 stars. The food was 1 star.

What a delightful little family owned Italian eatery. The salads are fresh and locally sourced, when possible, and the tender bread is now also from a local baker. Pasta is aldente and tasty sauces seasoned with fresh herbs. Pizza is delicious with a perfect crust. House made gelato or other fresh dessert will leave you wanting to return, as we do.

Went to Fresca Cafe last evening.
Our second time there. We were amazed how good it was and how nice the Owners were the first time that we said next time we come back we’ll get pizza.
Well that was last night.
I must say…..
Wow. We started w the antipasto which was unlike any I’ve had. Very good.
We had the Upper East side pizza. Which is their meat lovers.
I must say after trying every pizza place in town, this was the best. I do have a couple favorites but they don’t compare to this. . The pizza dough, the sauce, fresh ingredients super friendly waitress all added up to one awesome dining experience. I highly recommend it.

A Perfect Prescott Throwback Cafe
This place is absolutely amazing, and has a new ownership that is expanding this place even better! The early mid 1900s atmosphere is so warm and comfortable. There are a few other places in town that try to do the same, but this place takes it Literally Out of This World…..yes I intended the pun lol
The food is delicious, I had the Long Island sandwich. The Roast Turkey and Avocado is a combo I will never get tired of, and the Fries were perfect! For dessert I had Gelato which always is a banger wherever you go. Sometimes its difficult to find a place that does it right, genuinely most shops that “claim” it’s Gelato is really just regular ice cream. Trust me they HAVE AMAZING GELATO and its the real deal guys
I can’t wait to try their pizza for takeout someday. Yes, they make their own PIZZA!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Stopped in for the gluten free options while in Prescott and my family was not disappointed! GF ravioli, pizza and panini’s are all on the menu. Our server, Nichole, had a rush of several customers at once, and she did a great job balancing all the customers and still being friendly and attentive. We settled on panini’s, because when can you ever get a gluten free one?? Our food was great, everything was very fresh, and we’ll be back again to try other items from the menu!
