One of the best French Dips I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The Au jus was spot on and then some! The tots were also just as good too. Pricey but worth it. Will Order again and again. Great Job on this one!! Yum!!

I’m a huge fan of the French dip sandwich, so to see that there was one at Sawmill made my stomach happy. I ordered the truffle mushroom option, and it was fantastic. It was so flavorful it had lots of meat and of course the delicious au jus dipping sauce you can’t have that sandwich without that sauce. The tots were also great, I can’t wait to go back to try more. The price was fine for me. I’d rather put my money towards good quality flavorful food than a gross quarter pounder meal, which is about $14 dollars anyway.

We’re from out of state and stopped by Sawmill Market to get a quick bite to eat. Saw the Truffle French Dip and just HAD to try it – and we were not disappointed. This has to be the BEST French Dip I’ve had in my life! Would 100% recommend!

Tried Frenchies while hanging out at Sawmill Market before an Isotopes game and it was DELICIOUS! We opted for the Truffle and Mushroom French Dip and it was rich and flavorful and will forever change how we look at a French Dip

Definitely recommend stopping by and trying this sandwich next time you are at Sawmill Market!

I ordered the Truffle Dip sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing—well worth the $16.50. It was a large, flavorful sandwich, and every bite delivered. I’ve definitely found my new go-to and would highly recommend it.

So your back’s backed up against the wall..
And the bandwagon’s fallin’ right off..
And you’re hearin’ all the talk about, “Maybe you should think about..
What you’re gonna do if it don’t work out”..
So, if you got a fire, don’t lose it
If you got a do-or-die dream, do it..
If you got somethin’ to prove, go on and prove it..
Don’t let nobody clip your wings..:)
After walkin the beautiful “New Trail” from Old Town to Sawmill we stopped in for Lunchtime..
Our initial plan was halted when an Eatery there was closed…
Our Backup Plan, was spot-on, at “Frenchies Dips and Tots”.
We shared the ” Hatch Dip” Sandwich of..
“Prime Rib, Herbed Beef Bone Au Jus, Hatch Green Chile Salsa w/ White Cheddar”..
Each bite was nicely cooked juicy delish. From the generous helpin of sliced prime rib, to the nice kick of green chile to the flavourful Au Good Jus. This Ju was smitten..
We washed our grub down, with beers from the next door Paxton’s Taproom.
Yes, Frenchie’s was the perfect backup plan..:)
Keep your head down, keep on the blinders
Tune out the doubters and all the closed minders..
If it’s in your blood, fallin’ down ain’t enough..
To change who you were born to be..
Gettin’ back up, that’s the only backup plan you need
Yeah, gettin’ back up, that’s the only backup plan you need..:)
Best, a+b

The tots smothered in the green chili sauce, with caramelized onions and bacon were 5/5. The Classic French dip was really good and a 4/5. That said, both items were really expensive for what you get, as I definitely didn’t get a $20+ meal, but it was $20+…. Might just be a Saw Mill thing as everything here but the beers at the central bar seems about 50% too expensive for what you get. I’ll give it 5/5 because it was good, but if you’re looking for good food that’s a good value, my opinion is that this place, like most in SawMill, aren’t where to get it.

I ended up giving my food to a homeless person because I was scared to eat it. There was a tall younger white guy with a tattoo on his forearm or something can’t really remember. Anyway everyone that was sitting around or had a view of The register was filming or just watching for entertainment because he honestly act like he wanted to fight every single customer for no reason other than ordering. It was great entertainment for the sawmill food court but as someone that was on the receiving end of this unhinged psychopath, I did not appreciate it whatsoever, to be honest I want a refund. I was scared to even eat my food. I didn’t know if he tried to poison me or something. I wish I would have listened to my instincts and just ordered from somewhere else

Oh man oh man! The hatch French dip was incredible! I love French dips to begin with and so I naturally had to try the local flavor of French Dips, the Hatch French dip. The green Chile was such a great flavor enhancer to the sandwich and the aus jus was on point as well. The tots are cooked perfectly! Not too crunchy but crunchy enough.

I paired it with some coffee from Plata’s and that was so great as well!

I was raving about this meal all week!

We paid just over $40 for two sandwiches and one order of tater tots. Sandwiches were small and dry. My husband got the Italian, said the meat tasted off, I got the portobello and it was like rubber. The aujus was decent but meh, basically just made the sandwich moist enough to eat. Tots are good but where cold by the time we got to sit down.

Seems like everything is Sawmill Market is overly priced and small portioned. Seriously disappointed.
