The atmosphere was definitely off-putting, with no one being friendly. I paid close attention to every detail while I was there. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The croissant was overcooked, and the turkey sausage was not at all good.

All good things come to an end eventually, I guess. I looked forward to my breakfast croissants from here until they restructured the menu & started charging separately for protein on the breakfast items. On top of that, the croissant sandwich looks much smaller now than it used to. And they burned my sandwich today. Looking for a new breakfast & coffee spot now

i wish theyd bring back the old food menu:/ i used to go to french truck frequently but since they changed the food menu i dont have much of a reason anymore. i used to choose french truck over other coffee shops because they had good, fresh food, with great portions which i cant find at other cafes. their coffee is okay mostly bc of all the upcharges u have to pay to get it to taste how you want (not a problem if u dont care abt syrups or alternative milks.) i used to just go home and fix it to taste better myself after ordering LOL but the baristas and everyone are nice. the coffee selection is limited along with their syrup options which doesnt put them in good standing with surrounding coffee places who have a lot more flavors and drink options. their espresso is bold and flavorful tho. prices have also always been very pricey but bc its local and the food/drinks were fresh i was willing to pay. their new food menu gives ozempic tho so ive stopped going i fear.

One of the best coffee experiences in BRLA. The coffee is always delicious and well made! Great selection of both hot and cold drinks, including teas. The sandwiches are delicious and filling. Excellent gluten free and vegetarian options. The seating is easy to access and usually there is an open table. You can eat outside too. The parking can be challenging because the lot is small. I always bring my put of town guests here for a remarkably cup of coffee

my favorite coffee in baton rouge! it is so smooth. i LOVE the ice that is given in iced drinks. the food is also amazing. they sell local bakeries baked goods and do well with promoting local social events. i love the outdoor area and could sit there for hours. it is also a pretty big space inside. i am never disappointed

the cashier worker was cursing at us from under his breath and acting like we couldn’t hear. he apparently thought he was being filmed for my friend’s vlog, but the camera wasn’t even pointed in his direction, it was filming the comfy atmosphere. mind you, there are no signs up saying that people can’t video/take pictures, and the worker never spoke up about being uncomfortable; he just immediately turned stand offish and started cursing at us under his breath. the matcha he said would be “so good” tasted like plain white milk. instead of enjoying our mid matcha inside, we decided to take it to go because we felt so uncomfortable with the rude workers.

The cutest little spot around for some great coffee. In an effort to shop locally, we decided to skip the big chains today. Great choice. I got the grilled cheese sandwich. To my surprise, it had jelly on it. It wasn’t bad. I just didn’t expect it. Everything was served in a timely manner. The host was nice. The drinks were great. I will visit again for sure.

I’m a big breakfast person but I tend to eat it really late during the day especially when I don’t have to get up early in the morning for work! That’s one of the positives about this place! I can go in late in the afternoon and have a wonderful breakfast and everything is always so fresh and they have great coffee!!

Very cute cafe on Government Street with plenty of parking on the side. The coffee themed interior is decorated with market lights. The yellow on blue color palette makes it very vibrant. The coffee is good, the staff are nice. They also serve breakfast and lunch, but we did not have a chance to try it yet.

Good vibes, stickers and coffee. We bought some to take home and felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. This is the coffee spot! They had some vendors outside selling clothes, nothing for men but it looked artistic. The food biscuit I got was tasty too and quick.
