We came in on a Sunday late afternoon with my family of around 15.The bartender was incredibly rude. She told us immediately she was not making any food for anyone (we never asked) She ignored many of us, we felt completely unwelcome. I will never step foot in there again, and would not recommend this place. I guess if you’re not a local, you better move on. I was embarrassed because I was from Monroe and took my family there.

Had a sandwich (roast beef spread). Never heard of this but it was quite good. Lots of recipes online. Gonna make some at home. Was served on bread. I think toast would be good too. The bartender wasn’t very pleasant. Didnt seem to like her job.

Totally ignored by bartender! We did manage to order one drink, the female bartender barely spoke to us. The bartender and the obvious regulars were at the far end of the bar with us near the door, the bartender had no intention of checking on us or talking to us again. Didn’t even finish our drinks and left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Butch and Amy’s place is simply your typical neighborhood watering hole. My wife and I like going there because if the classical rock being played and the late night grill that’s open. Get a late night burger or pizza before your trek home.
