The pastries look awesome and there is quite a variety to choose from including different types of croissants and muffins. I only gave three stars for food to balance out more stars for the actual food and fewer stars for the coffee. Coffee was unfortunately quite bad. While they have the gear, grinder, espresso machine, etc. they must not do a lot of coffee business as the wands were caked with milk and the espresso had no crema and tasted really bitter, even though I had an oat milk latte. The coffee tasted very heavy on the robusta side, which you would think would produce a lot of crema, so I’m guessing the coffee was just old and maybe already ground for a while since they didn’t actually grind the dose just before making my drink. So go here for the pastries and get your coffee across the street at Mocha Motts.

We waited 30 minutes for an egg sandwich and it was not during a busy time. All we got was, Sorry. That’s why I rated a 1 for Service. The food was okay. Mixed berry scone was okay. Egg croissant was okay. Will we return? No.

The worst coffee we ever had. We oredered three different cooffees and they all were discussing and we just dump them. They had no clue what they were doing. I would give at least for their coffee minus million. Just terrible

Although this site is no longer Bernie’s ice cream, it is still the same ice cream as it was before. It is the best ice cream on the island, although it does not have a ton of novel flavors.
