We ate here this evening, and the food was fantastic! We both had the Pulled Pork Burger that comes with pulled pork, fried onions, a creme sauce, lettuce and diced cheese. You can’t go wrong here! The chef is from France, so if you speak french this is the place to go. By the way, you want the fork/knife, it’s so good you want to eat it all.

Domingo has such joyous energy. We called ahead the night before informing him that we don’t eat meat so he called his fisherman to have a platter of fish ready for us along with southern french rice and ice cream for dessert. Unfortunately the food was so appetizing I forgot to take photos.

Best kept secret. Prepare to be delighted! This place is a total sleeper, you’d never guess its calibre while driving by. Domingo is an incredible chef, the food is fantastic, prices are very good. If you are anywhere near Cabarete or Sosúa treat yourself, you will be looking for the next opportunity to dine there again and again.
