Listen, despite the reviews I’ve seen involving low stars due to customer service, I give it 5/5. Look at it in a positive light if you get the wrong order, then you get to try something new! That can be a great thing! I personally have had good experiences but even if I had a bad one it’s not worth it to publicly shame someone over a drink. You don’t know what’s going on in their life. Before you dismiss this place, please go in and just try anything, trust me they have talent with what they do!

Best coffee, great service. French Express is always my first choice for coffee. I love that there is a drive through, and the line is usual significantly quicker than *other* coffee places. Make sure you have a punch card and save up for that free coffee!

The coffee is amazing, I like most of what I have ordered here. Most of the people here are great. My biggest disappointment is the newest addition to the staff (cashier). In my opinion her customer service is HORRIBLE! We have witnessed her roll her eyes, mix up our order, and snip at us while ordering. I only return here because my children seems to like it here so much. I will be honest though I have drastically decreased the visits because I don’t have to continue to accept poor customer service to get decent coffee. I’d take mediocre coffee with great customer service anyday.

Visited this shop on 03/14 around 5:30pm and literally had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop. I didn’t even ask for the employee’s name because I have no doubt she would have given me a fake one. After the second attempt at my drink (a hot latte with a SF flavor) was still wrong, along with the worst attitude from the employee, I asked for a refund since my order was causing so much trouble. She simply huffed that she couldn’t give me a refund and would “have to remake my order.” Don’t waste your time here.

Stopped by today before tanning. Coffee is good, but when i walked in there i wasn’t greeted. Barista made eye contact with me but kept working, no smile or acknowledgment few minutes later the cashier saw me took my order. Maybe i was too short or the counter is too cluttered. Seems like drive thru was more important. Maybe i will try once more.
