I had dinner at French Brasseries this evening, and let me say that I enjoyed the ambience. The staff was friendly and helpful. As for the food I enjoyed the chicken breast, and the beef Bourguignon were good. The chocolate lava was also good.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Their “best steak” is unchewaeble, even after changing the plate. Potatoes are fried a minimum of 3 times before, also even after changing the plate. I literally left the plate as in the picture and we got charged for the whole inedible meal (25$ per plate). The waiters tried their best, but the quality is just so awefulllll. Just do not pretend to be a steakhouse if your priciest plate is this bad.

Adding to my below review, The concept changed and they included an Italian menu so I think they lost the identity of the restaurant.
The place is nice located in a good place in Broumana.
The decoration is simple but look good.
The staff is friendly and attentive, generous and have a high sense of hospitality.

Service and food is lovely calm place in the heart of broumana prices however have been changed and to be very honest it is simply not worth it. For the same amount you would pay for a meal for 2 you could throw a BBQ for 10 people, it is still decent but sadly I wouldn’t visit again unless they revisit and change the prices and formula.

It is very cozy, nice vibes. Staff are friendly and you can order from any of the 3 restaurants. The guacamole is a must try (from the Mexican restaurant) they do it freshly in front of you

I recently visited French brasserie and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing . While the food itself was quite good, the overall experience was full with several significant issues.
First and foremost, the service was incredibly slow. We waited an unusually long time for our orders to arrive, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. I ordered a steak, which took over an hour finish. To make matters worse, when the food finally did arrive, one of the dishes—a baked potato—was still raw. This was disappointing, as it was a simple dish that should have been easy to get right.
Adding to the frustration was the attitude of the staff. They were rude and dismissive when we brought up the issues with the undercooked potato and the late steak. Rather than offering to fix the problem or provide a replacement, they seemed annoyed that we even mentioned it.
Overall, while the food that was properly cooked tasted good, the slow service and unprofessional behavior of the staff overshadowed the positives. I hope they can address these issues, as it has the potential to be a much better dining experience with some improvements.
