Have raved about this place since my first visit but tonight I was served crap and rudely insulted by the “manager”. I live 6 minutes away and was denied delivery because I’m just over the town line. Ok, stupid but that’s their rule. Of course I told the girl it was a stupid rule but never raised my voice. My father kindly offered to pick it up as I had spent all day in a hot attic and had just gotten home. $40 for a large pizza and some “wings”. Pizza was literally wet and soggy, wings were rubber skin and greasy as well. When I called the “manger” said if I had a problem I should have gone myself and not sent my dad to fight for me……Seriously!!! 8 hours in an attic and he said that’s my problem not his. Never have I been spoken to so poorly by a representative of any company! I will never return to this place. He even laughed about the food like they did it on purpose because I offend them somehow. Absolutely disgusting food and disgraceful representatives of the company.

It’s a shame the pizza is good here, because the business itself is abysmal. We waited two hours for our food to be made (an hour and a half after calling in for delivery we called again and were told the food hasn’t even been prepared yet). The explanation was that they were short staffed and slammed – a) it’s a Saturday night, could you not have foreseen that this might be a big night for orders?; and b) a quick perusal of other Google reviews shows that they’ve been “short staffed” for months now. Perhaps the aggressively right-wing decor is a deterrent for potential staff? It certainly is for my family – we’ll be patronizing literally any other pizza place from now on.

Ordered a large steak bomb, was the size of a small at every other pizza/sub shop. Said it was supposed to be a large, clerk said it is, couldn’t believe it. Price was the price of a large too.
Got a roast beef sandwich about a year ago, the meat was Grey and nasty wasn’t supposed to go back but forgot. Definitely will never go back again. Also the people are nasty. Help put this place out of business and stay far away.

Took my family there to eat, as carrige town was tragically closed. We will not be back. The food on top of being expensive, was bland. While my family waited in the dining room, we were treated to the sounds of people in the kitchen screaming at each other. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and got mostly bread.

Good food and good people but the last time I ordered it took them about an hour and a half to deliver the order. Tried ordering again tonight and was told they can’t even give me an idea of how busy they are or how long it will take to get us our food. I’d love to be able to update this review to 5 stars but cant until this insane delivery policy is addressed. Foods great but I can’t wait around all night for it.

Spot has always been decent, not today. Got the Roast Beef sandwich 3 way…..roll wasn’t fresh, no mayo, horribly sweet bbq sauce (not James River that’s for sure) and the meat was cold. 3 bites and in the trash.

Steak and cheese had massive chunks in the sub couldn’t even chew it was also extremely bland. A little salt and pepper won’t hurt guys.

Ordered a toasted ham and cheese… got toasted sub roll. The ham and cheese were cold Usually when you order it like this the ham and cheese are toasted with it… shame because they really do everything else right. Chicken fingers are really good
