The ice cream shop I wanted to go to had closed for the season and Google Maps found this one, great find! The raspberry ice cream was so smooth and creamy! They have a good selection of flavors, all hard ice cream made on premises. My husband enjoyed the sundae , though he had wanted a banana split (not one of their choices). We will go back!

Two transport vans had just pulled in ahead of us carrying a total of 22 people. We almost left thinking the wait would be very long. We decided to wait it out. Glad we did. The staff whipped through those orders so fast! We couldn’t believe how quick it was and the ice cream was fantastic! Fast friendly staff. Service with a smile.

Such a great hidden gem! Someone recommended this family-owned and run ice cream shop here in town late last summer, and I have been hooked ever since (I’m bummed that it took me so long to discover Freeze Kompany)! Prices are extremely reasonable and include tax, especially for delicious hard serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, floats, pints and quarts of homemade ice cream with very generous portions. They truly do have a flavor for pretty much anyone’s taste, as their flavor options are quite numerous and diverse. Every flavor I have tried tastes exactly as you imagine it should. My favorite are pumpkin and peanut butter cup! There is plenty of outdoor seating in the shade or sun to enjoy your ice cream, or you can take it to go. Amazing, fast, great, friendly service from everyone who is there and you can tell that they enjoy what they do! They have a way of making you feel like family. I can’t recommend this place enough and tell everyone I know that loves ice cream about Freeze Kompany. Wish we could have them year-round, but I’ll be counting down the days until the next Memorial Day weekend! So grateful I found you all last summer!

Best value around! And the homemade hard-serve is top quality. Red Raspberry Chocolate Chip is our family favorite– so flavorful, and the chips are like mini Hershey kisses, not waxy like the flat squares.
Plus, super friendly service! Everyone there was very happy and made sure everything came out correctly for us.
If you have small kids, it’s nice that they’re set back off the road, too, with a half-dozen picnic tables in the grass, chairs, and shade.

Our family’s new favorite place!!! Great prices and generous portions make this place great but the friendly staff make it AWESOME!! My daughter was overjoyed with the amount of gummy bears added to her strawberry Sundae

Been going to the log yard for years. I wish I would have tried freeze kompany earlier! This place needs better advertising to bring in more people because this ice cream is bar far the best around! We will be back soon!

The cutest little ice cream shop with wonderful staff! Very friendly, and a great amount of seating with shade coverage as well. Set back from the busy road (that’s a plus for us parents with kiddos!) and the best ice cream I’ve had yet! Won’t go anywhere else!
