This has to be a joke of a portion size. This burrito is the smallest thing I’ve ever seen my whole hand can wrap around it fully. And for $15? I usually like freebirds but if this is going to be the standard burrito size I’m going to stop going. This is such a disappointment.

The cook got offended when I asked how long for the fresh batch of grilled onion, and when I asked when I would be ready he replied with “when I’m not busy to make it” usually at most restaurants then have it coming right up before it’s finished. I sure hope the person I charge gets it fixed.

Got burritos for dinner because we wanted to try it as there’s not one where we’re from. Heard good things about it and how it’s better than Chipotle. However, I personally don’t get the hype. Maybe I didn’t order the right things, but it was all mushy and not that flavorful. Wouldn’t get it again if I had the chance.
The workers are very nice though. The young lady working was very helpful with answering all our questions.

Visited Freebirds to try some of their new menu items from the claims to fame options. Overall, Freebirds seems to have a more spicy profile compared to other fast casual joints offer similar foods. However, I’m pretty disappointed in the flavors, they just don’t stand out within the burrito/bowl. The queso and chips are decent. The guacamole is definitely missing some flavor as well.

Free bird in Austin Texas did not treat me the same as they did in College Station(free birds). It wasn’t welcoming. The amount was different. I ordered the same thing that day when they open up in College Station and it was very good service was really good so it made me wanna come back again so I had to take care of some business in Austin Texas. I looked up free birds and went there, but it wasn’t welcoming for me. They shorted me food for my burritos. This I know because I ordered the same thing what I ordered in College Station (freebirds)the place in Austin was disappointing.(it seems like I would bothering him when I ask them questions about the food.)The food is good it is better than going to fast food the way the prices are starting to be. Hopefully this makes sense.

Absolutely had the best experience this afternoon. Four gentlemen working behind the line were very kind and were working hard. Overall, I really enjoy coming here for lunch. Sometimes I get my order wrong but it’s not the end of world. I recently had an order very wrong where I paid for premium options (cauliflower rice, etc) and didn’t get them. Reported it to the store and mgmt, and nothing happened. I essentially got guac and refried bean soup w bits of chicken. I’m a little disappointed

Very disappointing experience. The food was way overpriced for the portion size. Before ordering, the waitress specifically said the portions were good and even better than Chipotle, which was completely untrue. What I received was a small portion that definitely didn’t justify the price.
