Well, they had three people working. Only one person was making food for the people eating in the restaurant. Almost all the pans with food Were extremely dried out and old for completely empty. When I asked if they had more, they said they were working on it and it would be 10 or 15 minutes unfortunately we were told this after they already started a burrito so I didn’t quite understand why I would want to wait 15 or 20 minutes for them to finish making my burrito. Ultimately, I chose not to eat, my wife ended up returning her bowl since mostly items were dried out and cold. The kids were starving so they suffered through the experience. On top of that the restaurant was very dirty and the staff were almost lost and could care less whether you ate there or not. It’s no wonder that they’ve changed their hours to close at 8 PM and not updated their hours on Google app. I would recommend that you eat anywhere but here.

This was an absolute rip off and I am extremely disappointed in Freebirds, especially this location, which has been good in the past. I ordered the monster bowl, and as you can see by the picture, it was anything but. Half of the bowl is empty. That is not just a rip off, but a major rip off. $18+ for this? Freebirds, really?? I also ordered extra chicken, and got barely any. **Update: Contacted the store and I want to say I appreciate the manager Luka for investigating this, checking the pic I sent her, and refunding the bowl. I do appreciate that customer service. Even she was surprised at what I was given.

Disgusting isn’t even strong enough word. The chicken was so dry it almost cracked a tooth. Entire meal is garbage. Free birds has gone down hill big time

I just visited this location, and the entire experience—even before entering the restaurant—was disappointing. There was a sign posted outside stating “cash only, no credit cards,” which already seemed off. However, I decided to continue because my mother was visiting and I really wanted her to try this place.

There was no one in line, and only one person was working the front of the restaurant. He was moving very slowly, but we did not complain since we were next in line and there was no one ahead of or behind us. As time went on, more customers started to arrive while we continued waiting patiently to be served.

At that point, the manager rushed out with a hostile attitude and began trying to rush us through the line. She became visibly irritated when we asked questions about the menu items. Additionally, the food did not appear fresh—it looked dry and as though it had been sitting for a while (rice, potatoes, meat, and vegetables).
When it was time to pay, I attempted to use my rewards, but the QR scanner was not working. The manager appeared very irritated and started knocking items over while unplugging and plugging the cord back in, clearly frustrated throughout the process.

After receiving our food and preparing to eat, we noticed a long white/blonde hair wrapped in the food and packaging. No one in our party has long white or blonde hair. I approached the manager quietly and to the side to avoid making a scene. As I walked up, she looked visibly annoyed, as if I were the problem. When I explained the issue, she responded loudly, saying, “Sir, no one here has white hair—what do you want me to do?” This caused everyone around to look at us. She then sighed heavily and said, “Fine, get back in line. They’ll remake it,” clearly irritated.

The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable. I even had to ask if she was the manager because of how disrespectfully she was treating not only me, but other guests as well. She eventually apologized and mentioned she was having a bad day, which I understand—but that does not excuse treating customers poorly or making their experience unpleasant simply because they chose to visit this location.

We tried this place for the first time. I will say that the burritos were pretty good! I love the chips and the spice that the queso has. I’m was very schooled at how good the guacamole was.
Here’s were it went south..
We went to get our drinks. There wasn’t any ice. I asked the young lady if they had any ice. She said yes let me check. A few minutes later she comes around the corner. Sets a bucket of ice on the floor and says here’s your ice. We waited to see if she was going to get a stool to put the ice in the machine… 20 minutes later the buckets is still sitting in the floor.

The same worker that set the ice in the floor just came around and scooped ice of the bucket that still sits on the floor. 100% unsanitary.

With that being said.. we will NOT return.

We did takeout for dinner here a few days ago and ordered two bowls. I had the bowl with steak, black beans, Spanish rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce and tomatoes. Hubby had the bowl with the pork, cilantro rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, potatoes, and tomatoes. We received sides of creamy jalapeño, sour cream and Ranch dressing. Both of the bowls were excellent tasting. Great food, great customer service, and great prices. We will definitely return again and would highly recommend that you visit this place.

I’m starting to think Freebirds is in a competition with Chipotle to see who can give you less food and more disappointment. I was really surprised (and not in a good way) when I opened this container. For the price I paid, I expected a decent portion, but what I got was a few chopped pieces of chicken, some queso, and a dollop of guac barely big enough to cover a chip. The container isn’t even close to full— maybe a third, if that. It honestly looks like a side dish, not a full meal. I ate this in like three bites. Definitely not worth the cost or the hype. I called corporate five times and emailed, and still waiting on a response. Very disappointed.

My daughter and I came in this afternoon for a quick bite and it had been years since we’d eaten at a Freebirds. I personally forgot how much I like this place. I ordered two corn tacos, and they only charged me for one since the corn tortillas were tearing apart and the kind lady working told me they weren’t being sent corn for some reason so we’re out after my order. I truly didn’t mind the tears as let’s be honest tacos fall apart, that’s excellent customer service. My daughter ordered the regular burrito and it’s essentially two it’s so big.

The location is clean, the employees very friendly and the food was great.

Great place!
I’ve always been a big fan of this company.
Today I visited their location at the Forum.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and the air conditioning was set to be comfortable but not freezing.
It’s a little tricky to get to the place but very pleasant place to eat.
