I just wanted to take time to say Amaris‘s service tonight was truly 1 of 1. I came in with my bf at 9pm. The store closes at 9:30 & I’m sure as with any business they’ve had a long day and want to wrap things up to close on time and go home, but Amaris energy was pleasant the entire time. She’s very knowledgeable of the menu and food items and truly knows how to offer patrons a genuine stellar experience. It was my first time visiting Freebirds and I’ll definitely be back just because her service was exceptional. She deserves everything & more from the company. I pray this initiates the recognition she deserves not just without words but compensation as well. Thank you for tonight Amaris and it was a pleasure to make your acquaintance.!

The smell coming from the restrooms is absolutely horrible. My bowl was cold cold cold the queso was not even warm. Super disappointed that I even paid for this garbage. Freebirds used to be a good burrito spot. No longer has gone way down hill should just close. The only saving grace is the dude at the counter was nice.

Only gave 2 stars because the bathrooms we nasty to me that reflects the kind of hygiene the workers have and smelled badly. This hasnt been cleaned in a long time so made me wonder about the kitchen . Before I saw food was great they closed the one where we live and miss it greatly. Idk if the guy is a manager or what but he is very rude to other employees and seems to enjoy publicly embarrassing his co workers. Was not cool and was that way both times we visited

This was my first time here, my boyfriend had so much compliment about them then I decided to give it a try. I wish my tacos flour and protein could be warmer, I didnt feel the freshness at all. The seasoning of protein was good and very flavorful. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was not sure if the food quality did not meet my expectation because we arrived late, almost 9pm (they gotta close at 9:30pm). Hopefully I can try the other time and they change my mind!

It is pretty good. The brisket was so tender and juicy. Highly recommend that. I got the regular bowl and that was a lot. So I can’t imagine the bigger one. I’d say if u want left overs get the bigger one. It was a clean nice place to eat. The staff was awesome.

I asked the person making my burrito to mix the ingredients well, however the 2/3 top half of my burrito was nothing but rice and a litle bit of queso. Didn’t get any other ingredients of my burrito until the end. Ended up throwing it away balfway through because it wasnt mixed at all. 2 burritos in my order because there were 2 people but was being made one at a time. Got completely ignored by a 2nd staff member who instead of helping me at the counter right infront of him, made a to-go order for someone who wasn’t even in the building and said “tricked ya” thinking he was about to help me. Dont see myself eating here anymore.

Our office Had burritos from this location freebirds today for a company meeting. If there was an option for zero stars this location would’ve earned it today. For most of our group there was about a teaspoon of meat, a lucky few had a tablespoon. This is ridiculous. I’ve never been served a chicken or steak burrito that barely had any meat, and the rice was gummy. And alol of our 5 chips were in a sandwich bag. Not good at all. I do not recommend ordering for a group at this location. Maybe an individual ordering inside where you can watch them make it would be better.
