I stopped in at Freebirds World Burrito for an early dinner around 4 p.m. on a Thursday. It was pretty quiet inside with no one dining in at the time, which made for a relaxed and comfortable experience. Even though the dining room was calm, the staff stayed busy handling a steady flow of to-go orders, so it was clear they were still moving at a good pace behind the counter.
One of the things I really liked is that you get to fully customize your burrito. There are plenty of fresh ingredients and toppings to choose from, which makes it easy to build exactly what you’re in the mood for. For my first visit, I kept it simple and went with steak, mexican rice, and queso. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous. You can also order a combo that includes chips, queso, and a drink, which is a solid option if you’re extra hungry.
The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, and I had no service issues at all. The staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and even offered suggestions to help with ingredient choices. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I’m already planning to come back and try the Freebird chicken next time.

I visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch and had amazing service. The blonde woman and the blonde guy were very kind and helpful. The restaurant was very busy the entire time we were there, those employees worked very hard to move the line through fast. The lobby was a little messy, but the staff were all very busy with customers.
My girlfriend and I have been coming here on and off for about two years now and really enjoy the food and the conversational staff. The blonde lady was handling a rude customer ahead of us very kindly, props to her. She was a well-collected young lady. Both her and the guy took our orders and made us giant burritos. We usually get the Freebird but wanted to try the Monster size (they’re huge). Normally come on weekdays when it is a little slower, first time coming on a weekend in awhile and they were very busy.
We both really enjoyed our food! We will be back!

Its been two instances now that this place has been terrible. I have placed online orders for pick up at 8:45pm and 9pm and im not sure if it’s because the employees get lazy the hour before closing time (closing time is 9:30pm) but this is the second time that my food was poor quality and small portions. First time the food was cold and im not sure if they ran out of tortilla strips but they put a handful of broken chips instead.
Tonight my steak was raw and the portions were ridiculously small (maybe they got too lazy to make more food) this is completely unacceptable as it is a safety hazard. We were very disappointed to get home and be left with no food to eat tonight after ruling out the steak as inedible.

Absolutely the worst service I have had at an establishment in a very long time. They were out of rice and supposed to be bringing it right there. The girl asked if she could change the order of one thing on one bowl. She proceeded to just keep mixing what she wanted and not what I wanted for my food order. I told her about it politely. She dumped the food into another bowl and just served it to me again as if that actually changed anything. They had low queso while scraping the bottom of the vat. She said it was full. She half filled my large order bowl and she barely put any on the order. The floor was filthy. The tables were dirty. There was crinkled foil everywhere that was not foil art and leaves on the floor. Don’t waste your time here or dealing with the blonde female server that bashed me out under the wrong server name. Oh, and it was not rush hour or just after it. There is no reason for them not to be clean and well stocked on food.

A fast casual food chain similar to chipotle Mexican grill, but with less salt and more flavors. Food was good, but the rice felt undercooked, quantity of food and guacamole are both less , but the chips are crispy and the queso sauce was great too. Store was setup a little differently, staff were friendly.

I came here for a quick meal right before my shift, and as expected, I was thoroughly satisfied. Despite the fact that I came in relatively early (before 11:00 am), they were still more than ready to serve customers. That sounds like a strange compliment, but it’s not uncommon that I come to a restaurant thirty minutes after opening, and they aren’t yet ready. It’s nice to see this place takes its business seriously. The lobby was clean, and the employees were enthusiastic. Great experience.

Heard good things about this place from a friend out of town so decided to try it.
2 different people portioned my and my sister’s food (photo for reference) the only difference here is I got lettuce and she’s got potatoes. The woman who did her bowl is very stingy about ingredients and gave her a kid’s bowl.
The rice and meat is also not hot and all of them were cold unlike Chipotle. This is the reason why we don’t like trying new places and would rather stick to what we know is good.
The chips and salsa were also not good, it’s a waste of money.
Look at the sauces on the table, they are nasty and they don’t have lids on them. This place is no good not surprised not a lot of people was here when we are here.
$25+ for what you see on the picture we didn’t even get drinks.
