Freebirds is so much better than Chipotle! All of their ingredients taste much fresher and I feel like they have more options for toppings. The staff at this location are always super friendly. My only critique would be that the serving are a lot smaller than Chipotle. Which is fine because I probably don’t need to eat that much anyways.

Ordered pickup, the food was fine. My only issue is that I ordered ahead and was given a pickup time and I arrived a little after my pickup time and the counter person asked me what I wanted. Told him my name and only then, was my order made. I guess I know my order was freshly made but I use the Freebird’s for convenience because I generally get takeout. At this point, the app is fairly useless, as far as convenience

Ground beef was under cooked and food was cold. I spent 30 bucks on nachos and a burrito, food very lack luster and not worth the money. Would not recommend.

As I was finishing my food, I noticed the texture of some of the chicken was off. Upon examining a piece, I saw that it was pink and squishy — raw or at least very undercooked. I am extremely upset as I am currently pregnant and very concerned about whether this will affect my baby. I will not be back.

Consistently good! I always get good customer service and the food is great. I hardly ever get asked about my rewards number, so make sure you mention it. Unrelated to the food, but there bathroom was unbelievably clean. Random I know, but I thought it deserved to be mentioned.

Ordered a ranch steak Freebird and a side of chips and guacamole and had them delivered, so I can’t say anything about the shop. The burrito was the best I’ve had in a while and the chips were crispy and tasty. Good meal!

Specifically the customer service at around 2 pm today. After being a customer of this location for years. I was having trouble with the website ordering process, it seems to have changed recently. It no longer allows notes like easy lettuce extra salad ect. I called the store and asked I how I could leave notes on my order, but she advised she wasn’t familiar with the website or the app. She told me to just download load the app. I told her I don’t want to download an app to order a burrito. After more back and forth, I for the manager she said she was the manager. I said okay what’s your name. She doesn’t have to me her name so I couldn’t call her out specificity. Super condescending very unhelpful throughout the entire phone call. Seems lot a trouble to just to order a burrito. Guess I won’t be ordering here anymore. I’m super disappointed every experience I have before today has been wonderful.

burrito was good minus this. The beef was raw after i bit into it. When I called the store I was told that this was due to the seasoning that is used but if you look closely, you can tell it’s raw beef. i’d like a refund please.

The place is not clean the Statue liberty has dust bunnies all over it and the Motorcyclea also. Statue liberty looked as she need Jesus Christ to come help her out of that hell hole!!The man rest room had urine on the toilet seat ,and the tallest seat was very nasty!!!! Some person must had very angry explosive diarrhea. The workers act like they hate thier job and they don’t even acknowledge you when they see u . That place has changed so much. This place use to be our favorite place to come ever day and eat with our family members!!!! I guess the company only care about just money!!!!!!!!!!!The customer service thier use to be very honest and amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Now when you walk into Free bird some of the worker act like it’s a drug bust and they are running from the police !!!!!!! ♂️ ♀️ ♂️ OMG !!!! On Monday 7/15/2024 wife and I decided to give the restaurant one more chance. We want be going back anymore thier the place need to sprayed for crickets and other bugs.
