They were closing up and the associate still took us. I’m pregnant and I was so sad when I seen they looked closed. He happily took our order, the customer service was incredible and the water ice was everything I could have imagined! Can’t wait to go get some today! My dad had a water ice truck when I was younger and we first started with selling Fred’s. It was my childhood in every bite . So happy they brought it to my neighborhood .

Good product. Some of the worst service on the planet. 20 minutes waiting for 3 quarts of water water ice. I asked for cups and spoons the girls hands me 3 4 Oz cups and 3 spoons for 3 quarts. This location is under new management and they are awesome. They have a huge selection of treats and toppings to choose from. The water ice is the high quality expected from the Fred’s brand. They also have a big selection of cakes – the strawberry cake was delicious. And the new staff and management are helpful, nice and very quick with service. Glad this location is back open!

Where do I even start, Fred’s is by far one of the best ice cream places in ridley. Everytime I’ve been there the service has been amazing, the workers treat me amazingly and it inst totally time consuming. They wear gloves which is good because I’m a bit of a germophobe. Some things like banana splits take like 15 minutes but it is definitely worth the wait. I VERY highly recommend you try this place
