Frederico’s is a great Italian restaurant! The food has always been outstanding, and the service is great (though as most people they are still short staffed, but they manage this well). It may take a little longer to get your food, but rest assured it is going to be worth the wait, as well as getting the opportunity to spend more quality time with the people you went to dinner with. I highly recommend the Chicken Marsala (pictured is the pork-chop al a marsala). The house salad is good, and the meatballs are fantastic!

Possibly the best restaurant in town. It’s really easy and casual. The food is consistently good. Staff is friendly. At one point it dawned upon me that you can pretty much always go with the special. The owners are usually on site and do a good job with all the dishes. The new location is nice and is always clean. The staff is great with kids too. I wouldn’t mind seeing a few different options on the side options, but the deserts are really good.

It was very obvious to us that other tables got the service we expected but did not receive. Drinks took for ever, salad and bread took forever, salad dressing tasted like cooking oil and the lettuce was definitely past prime. My wife had the special and enjoyed it, I on the other hand had the strip steak. My arms wore out from cutting the meat and my jaw wore out from trying to chew it. We’ve always been happy with Fredericos so I was hesitant to share this. We will go back. I just hope this was a one time bad night. If it happens a second time, we will be done.

How this restaurant has over a 4 star rating is beyond me. The service was alright, but that may have been THE WORST Italian food I’ve ever had. So much so, that I felt motivated to warn others to stay away. $78 for 2 adults and a kid. Raw steak, Chicken that tasted like licorice combined with seafood, and pasta sauce that may as well have been watered down ketchup. Truthfully the only good things were my kids spaghetti, and the crispy Italian potatoes I ordered as a side. I let my mother in law take my steak to-go to give to her dogs if that says anything. If you want bad Italian, save yourself $60 and go to a Fazoli’s. 0/5, I gave one star only because I had to to write a review.

Poor service and quality all around. Ordered cheese garlic bread and toasted ravioli as appetizers; the bread was decent, but the toasted ravioli were no better than frozen varieties. Salads were tiny and made from bagged lettuce (even the Caesar one). Cod scampi was good, just cold, as well as the pasta. The pizza was no better than frozen as well. My biggest gripes were that service was EXTREMELY slow, and we were overcharged for 2 of our meals (dinner prices vs lunch). When I questioned the waitress about the overage, she had “discuss it with her manager”. After waiting several minutes, I went up to the bar area to find out what was taking so long. While explaining my situation, some guy (I assume to be a worker) throws his hands in the air like I was making a big deal of nothing. It was an overage of $25! Instead of crediting my card, the waitress gave me cash to make up the difference. Definitely would not recommend; IMO’s would have been 100% better! Heck, Fazoli’s would have been better!

Wonderful family owned Italian Restaurant. Great food, helpful staff, and nice relaxed atmosphere. You couldn’t ask for anything more. The meals are reasonably priced and a fantastic value.

I literally got a used salad (they admitted I got an employees to go salad they had eaten) it was soggy and half the size it should be. I was told all they could do to make up for it was another side salad. I obviously didn’t want a salad after this and the owner would not work with me to even give me a couple bucks off an entree. Terrible customer service. This is unfortunate because I love to support local but being cheap and unaccommodating just lost them a customer and bad press. They used to be good but have gone downhill since the move.

Food was mediocre at best, the pasta had minimal sauce and was very bland. Prices were much higher than what was on their website which was very disappointing. Doubt we’ll be back.

This place is amazing. Food was good and hot large portions and simply was like I was sitting at my grandmother’s table sneaking spoon fulls of sauce from her pots. In fact it was even better than grandma’s. Will definitely visit here again and recommend it to anyone.
