I will definitely be coming back! The cashier viola was very nice and attentive with my order ! I had a complicated order and she made sure they made it right. Food was hot and made the way I wanted it. I had some delicious chili cheese tots with mont cheddar and a delicious Freddy’s original double with bacon and added green chile. Thanks Freddy’s for a great lunch.

Stopped here while visiting for a quick snack, and it had good reviews.
Took 5 minutes for anyone to come take our order, despite the girl working the drive through register glancing it way at least 3 times, and the kitchen staff seeing is stand there.
The food was good, kind of standard chain burger stuff.
Biggest bummer was the constant assault by house flies. We were waving them off our food the whole time we were there.
Other than that, the staff was friendly once we got to talk to someone, and it was reasonably clean and well kept.

A local legend for good reason! My favorite is the “small” (in name only!) Chocolate fudge brownie which is a fabulous, chewy brownie with plenty of chocolate custard with fudge sauce, whipped cream and a cherry on top. Really satisfies numerous cravings; somehow never causes me a sugar-rush. I would definitely bring friends, relatives, visitors, and aliens alike, to enjoy a custard treat!
* BTW, custard means there are eggs involved which somehow creates a super-SILKY, smooth treat!
** BTW, there are plenty of non-desert dishes, too! And the counter opens to the kitchen so you can watch the chefs create! Every face i saw was happy!

Very uncomfortable experience. Not sure what the proper term is but the they/them working here was a bit too friendly with me and said some things that made me uncomfortable. I expect to get my food and eat in peace and not be hit on by a worker. Very unprofessional

We bought a burger meal and an extra burger last night for dinner. We don’t live super close to this location so it was disappointing to find a white hair about 6 inches in length embedded in the single burger when we were eating at home. I get things happen sometimes but it’s always discouraging when it happens to you.

Ordered three prime rib steakburger combos but they gave me regular burgers but got charged for the prime rib steakburgers. They always seems to get my order wrong even if I order online ahead of time. Save yourself the hassle and go else where and get your money’s worth.

Ordered 3 meals, two with iced teas. Shawty heard ice creams lol. No biggie. They couldn’t refund me the difference so they just gave me my drink and the ice creams. Ordered one of the burger with NO ONION. It had onion. And mold lol. Also they didn’t even give us spoons, straws, or napkins. It wasn’t even busy either. I worked fast food before. Lame ahhhh.

It gets very busy here during peak hours! The staff do a great job at still taking their time with the customers, while still giving great customer service. The food is good, I would say the amount of cheese they put on their fries put me out, I couldn’t even finish the fries haha! The atmosphere is cool inside, and overall it’s an experience. The shakes were my favorite part, super creamy. Would come again sometime.

Just got done going through the drive through. Surprisingly not busy, got all the way home and opened everything and not only did I get the smallest portion of cheese curds I’ve ever got but they are all extremely over cooked. Will add a picture. No joke even the cheese was missing out of them like they were cooked too long and they exploded. It’s too expensive to be getting this kind of quality. You need someone in the kitchen that knows not send this out. They should be lightly golden not this dark.
