We’ve been going to this Freddy’s location since it first opened many years ago. We’d noticed in recent years that it wasn’t quite as good, but today it was awesome! The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was hot and very good. The woman working the grill actually came out and asked us how things were and when I told her how pleased we were with everything she said, “That”s why I like to work the grill.” It turns out she’s a new manager there and determined to improve things, and she is definitely succeeding. After our meal, we ordered a shake to go and the young man who made the shake actually brought it out to our table for us. A very pleasant experience all around!

Came in about 1230 wasn’t to busy. And the burgers are awesome! Love them! Wish they had a Freddy’s down in the North valley but I’ll drive to this location when Im craving it ! Don’t miss out if you haven’t tried it get your butt in here !!!

I’ve been to this location several times and really like it much better than the one on Central. Love the chicken sandwich and burgers are good too. Custard is delicious! Good service, and the restaurant has always been clean. We arrived at about 12:30 and it wasn’t overly crowded, the wait wasn’t too long either.

This location has really good staff and are good workers our food didn’t take long and the order was fulfilled correctly. The staff were polite and courteous. Bathrooms and dining area were really clean and tidy even the entire area around the soda machine was clean.

The store didn’t look clean. Food and trash on floor. Custard machine not working; it was left with custard that had ran down and froze. Ftont counter people had dirty shirts on and didn’t look groomed. They weren’t friendly.

Eating inside is always a good experience. However, I’m in the drive through line. I have been waiting literally 15 minutes and moved up two car lengths. It’s likely going to be a 30 minute drive through at this rate. Should have gone to Chick Fil A!

I am a regular customer at the espanola location which is typically amazing. Here in Albuquerque and thought we would try this location out and it was horrendous.
First off, there was no clean tables. I had to get a napkin and water and wash my own table, trash all over the floor, employees standing behind the counter, like there was nothing to do.
Order the number three and several other meals. The number three had a tiny shred of lettuce in it and I was pretty upset because I enjoy the lettuce in my burger. See the picture attached. I went up front and asked for the supervisor all the while all the staff stood there with their arms crossed and looking at me up and down. I showed the manager a picture of my sad burger, and he couldn’t care less. He just looked at me. I stated well don’t worry I don’t need a return. I just want you to be aware that they’re scimming people on their meals! Prices are going up in value is going down what a shame! Managers name: Jeremy

So I save a certain budget to go out and eat. My favorite place is Freddy’s! But today I went in my meal just was poorly put together. I got the regular meal. My fries were halfway filled and cold and I got my son a concrete with extra Oreos. The thing was smaller than a Wendy’s frosty and there wasn’t any extra Oreos. bottom line is I got a regular Freddy’s double With a concrete Oreo sundae but he put it in the little cup. I don’t know but it was just wow I couldn’t believe I just got that type of service from Freddie’s. It’s kind of a disappointment last week we went as well. It was about 730. Their speakers are never working. We went in. It was packed and it took almost 40 minutes because they lost our order and everybody else is getting their food so for the family of five that I was feeding that day, we literally just walked out with our food we asked for a bag

Food was not as good as it has been in the past than was out of the original fry sauce very dirty entryway and floors were dirty tables were dirty chairs sticky was very disappointed ordered a shake gave me some other drink that was good but not what I wanted. Not the same place or food 🙁
