I’ll be honest my dad has a weird order and so do I, sometimes it doesn’t come out right but they’re so so sweet and kind and fix it for us with no problem! They really great people and very kind, I truly appreciate them! The food is super yummy!

I am setting this at three stars because the east Broadway location has always been so good. This evening my husband and I stopped at this other location for a turtle sundae. The fudge was hard to find at first and the server was nice and added a bit more. The problem was that the only perceptible flavor in the sundae was salt—extreme and pervasive salt. My guess is that a container of pecans might have been at its end, and all of the salt from the bottom ended up in the dish. My husband agreed; we were sharing. The custard seemed to melt immediately and was completely liquid within a minute of getting the sundae. I could not have more than three bites because I am not allowed to have salt (blood pressure issue). My husband tried to finish it and agreed that it was extremely salty. Every turtle sundae we’ve had at the eastern location has been great. The one tonight was indelibly salty and seemed to have no custard texture. This was very disappointing for basically $7.00 for the small plus tax.

First time at a Freddy’s. It’s the most deluxe fast food I’ve ever been served. I had a double prime rib sandwich which was really darn good. And I had a chocolate shake which was very thick and good. Staff was very nice and smiley.

EDIT – I have returned a few more times to this location only to be met with friendly faces and good customer service. One bad experience shouldn’t trump the multiple good ones I’ve had since the first experience. Thank you Freddy’s!
(First experience) – Ordered only 2 meals and they forgot my fries in one of the orders. No big deal since I live close I just came back to get it. Immediately met with one of the managers telling “it was definitely in there” and getting rude with me. Make sure you check your receipt when you get your food.

I love the food but not the prices. As such, Freddy’s has become a few times a year at most. Would I recommend Freddy’s? Yes. But only if you dont mind spending sit down restaurant prices for fast food.

They ran out of their chicken strips so they replaced them with flat chicken patty like nuggets with out saying anything to the doordasher picking it up despite it saying no substitutions on my order. I don’t order freddys to get processed nuggets. Very unhappy they can give cheap gross substitutions with out saying anything.
