Our recent visit to Freddy’s was good. This was our very first time eating Freddy’s. We ordered through the drive-thru and had excellent service. Even at the window, she was very friendly. I would say that the fries were good little on the smaller side. The burgers were good and tasty. My daughter ordered the chicken stripes and said they were good. They were all out of vanilla Custard, so we unfortunately weren’t able to try the root beer floats. Overall, good.

Loved the decal on the table “Please tattle on us”! Lol. It’s great you brought Freddy’s to Tolleson. Military discount used to be 15%: in 2025, the military discount is only 10% They bring your order to your table! 6-stars! Monica and Craig run it well. (My only complaint is that nearly every time we dine in the tables need to be whipped down).

The food is great like any other Freddie’s. But the service was subpar. There are multiple times where I had to report either waiting excessively in the drive through to my offset being wrong. They told me they would give me a voucher after reporting something and it never came through.

The food was disgusting! Patty melt had NO CHEESE! The picture has mayo i added before realizing there was no cheese!! And the patty was like dog meat. Supposed to have 2 patties but had more like pieces of smash burger. Never again! $60 of hard earned money down the drain!!!!

Waited 45min at our table for nothing. Nobody knew what happened to our order. Staff started cleaning the kitchen 2.5hrs prior to closing and that’s when we realized we had been forgotten. Not coming back again.

We have been here a couple times, the food is good. The customer service was excellent. I really don’t like fast food chains but I definitely recommend this one. Me enjoying the treats especially on hot days. I like the steak burgers and the sauce that they put on them. We had tried a lot of their menu items and nothing has disappointed us yet.

Came in today to pick up a complementary order from a bad order from almost a month ago. I was relieved that Craig K gave me outstanding service and honored the free mail. I really enjoyed coming to this location as always clean. It’s always happy and has good vibes and energy, if I could give more stars I would because genuine good customer service is really saying nowadays want to say thanks again to Craig for helping me which is a big reason why I’m a Fred head
