So I recently went to another location and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and received no bacon i asked for no tomato no cheese and this seems to be a constant occurrence. I came in this location 51st ave and bell today and used a free coupon ive received because they keep messing up my meals. Well today they did the same exact thing I keep complaining about with the price of food we should get what we pay for I want my bacon . Kids excuse he hasn’t worked in a while .. not an excuse because this happens every single time I order a crispy chicken with no tomato and no cheese its disappointing.

While I’m sure their famous steak burgers and shoestring fries are amazing (and I plan to try them next time!), I was drawn to the custard counter by the “Cold Brew Caramel Crunch” shake. Let me tell you, it was an absolute masterpiece.
This shake is pure genius. The rich, smooth flavor of cold brew coffee blends perfectly with Freddy’s legendary creamy custard, creating a taste that’s both refreshing and deeply satisfying. The caramel swirled throughout adds a beautiful sweetness that never feels syrupy or overpowering. And the “crunch”? It’s the perfect textural surprise—little bits of something wonderful that make every sip an event. It was utterly delicious and felt like a treat crafted with real care.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant had that clean, classic atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The prices have gone up but this place is still sooooo delicious ❤️❤️ The hamburgers are thin and crispy, it’s better to get a double . All of the associates were so helpful and friendly. I enjoy the shakes very much , so yummy ❤️❤️ The orders came out fast and fresh . They only have Pepsi products , but it’s better to get a shake anyway

Jalapeno Cheese Steak burger and Tots,, very good and filling. Service at counter was good. Not very busy at time I went in. Place is very clean, old time type decor, kinda soda pop shoppe look. Comfortable seating at tables, booth type. Overall experience was very good. I highly recommend to visit and eat at Freddy’s.

I am truly enjoying this place. This time I tried the onion rings. I love that it is made with real onions. I want a jar of their pickles. It is that scrumptious . I like their option that we can order dessert while ordering our food because you can ask for a “custard hold” and when your ready for dessert they make it for you.

Great food. Friendly service. Clean. I went here the first time because on veterans day. I was told they gave Vets a free meal. I’m a Vet. They let me choose anything on the menu. At no cost. Been eating there ever since.

By far one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been too. Easy menu and medium priced. Lots of seating and lots of condiments. Lots of parking and well lit. Outside seating. Kid friendly. Staff is pretty well trained and service is amazing. Lots of deserts and big meals. Highly recommended.
