First time here. Spent a lot more than anticipated. The burgers were good as was the ice-cream. Definitely not worth the amount we spent. I hate leaving these types of reviews. The staff was friendly and they got the order right and quickly! That is the reason I gave three. Maybe we will give another chance. We shall see.

Decided to give this place a try again after a few months….still the same result. Cold fries and a horrible burger. The food was unpleasant, the staff was unhelpful and did not seem like they wanted to be there at all. There was no fry sauce….which rude. And I forgot how expensive they are. For the quality of food….you are better off going somewhere else. The management at this store needs to figure out their stuff. I refuse to eat at this location any longer. Rude staff, inedible food, cold store…no thanks. I will spend my money elsewhere and so should you.

The gentleman behind the register was literally one of the most polite, friendly, accommodating fast food employees I’ve ever encountered. I’m guessing he was a manager or owner….but regardless best FF service I’ve had in a long time. The burger was really good, and the onion rings were great. The cheese fries were a bit soggy because they used liquid cheese, and I probably wouldn’t order them again, but the flavor was good. It was extremely busy when we arrived but the service was really quick. Overall a good choice. Prices were about $10/ burger and $4-5 for sides.

The burgers were good, but the onion rings were freaking amazing! The jalapeño pepperjack burger was the right amount of spiciness for me. The bacon double Cheeseburger was just okay. It didn’t have any ketchup on it, but it had tons of mustard. Kind of weird. The custards were delightful. The mini custard was the perfect size for a sweet treat after our meal. The service was great! Staff were super nice at every interaction.

I had the burger and asked for no pickles and got pickles on my burger. Even after I picked them off my whole burger just tasted like pickle juice. It took a long time for someone to acknowledge me. I probably would not return for an overpriced experience and burger.

I used to love Freddy’s! This location just continues to go downhill. I brought my family in for some custard, and surprise to us….who wants to drink their custard like milk. It was like drinking sweet milk because it was so thin and melted. We couldn’t even finish it. When we asked the employees if we could get it re-made or fixed, they told us that it was the way it was supposed to be and that was how we ordered it. Ummm. We didn’t order custard milk..but thanks. The manager was very rude and condescending. If this is how you treat customers, you probably won’t have people coming back.

I’ve eaten here a lot, I love their burgers. Today I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered a kids meal for my daughter, by the time we got it she was asleep so I just figured I would eat it so it didn’t go to waste. The pickles on the burger were like 1 1/2 “ long and there were two of them , what kid is eating that? And very disappointing the fries were cold, not sure if they skunked me cuz it was a kids meal or they were serving everyone cold fries.. I called in and was surprised at the response but after a few min they told me they would make it right… can’t ask for more than that. Guess they’ll get a second chance to make it right

It’s a bit pricey for any of the hamburgers you get but they are well worth it. The flavor of the food is really good and is quite tasty. I wish they had regular fries instead of those shoestring fries.
