This place is filthy! I had to wipe our table off. All the tables were dirty. The floor was gross, its if they didn’t use any soap. Our burgers appeared to be smashed flat. They were out of anything we wanted to eat. I love Freddy’s, it’s been awhile since I had eaten there. What a disappointment. Don’t know if we will be back.

I’ve always loved this place and haven’t been in a while. Love the classic feel of getting steakburgers and a shake(or a concrete). Can’t remember his name but one member of the team who had a small tattoo on his forehead was super kind to my daughter and myself even offering a water cup to me when I ordered my kids some concrete shakes. Just all around great experience.

My family and I would have loved to enjoy some delicious Frozen Custard at 9:30pm after a wedding dinner, however, the employees informed us the ice cream machine was broken and then proceeded to serve ice cream to an online customer. When I asked if I could have ice cream like that customer, they informed me I could not. I asked for a manager’s contact information, and they told me the manager was in the bathroom and would be for a while. They left me waiting in front for the manager while I heard laughter and loud conversations about us from the back. We then had to pack our families back up into the car and leave to another restaurant. Freddy’s has never disappointed us, but this has made a negative impact on us and will impact our restaurant decision for the future.

Tyson was amazing!! We placed an online order, when we got to the store to pick it up (in the drive thru; sorry didn’t know that was not the right way) he couldn’t find our order. We showed him our order and that it was pulled from our account. He made sure he took care of us. Best service ever. I have always had great experiences here but this was above and beyond. Went through the drive-through to grab a quick lunch on a busy Saturday and an entire meal was missing from our bag. Called back immediately to let them know and they took my name and said they would give us vouchers for two free meals. Very reasonable, and good customer service. Showed up 2 weeks later to use the vouchers and I was accused of trying to scam them out of food. Never going there again. I hope they enjoyed my burger and money.

The girl at the window was very short and rude. I ordered fries made fresh, I got the ones that were stale, cold and hard. Also 5 tenders ordered got 3.5… spent enough to assume the food would be good.i was wrong!!!

Amazing amazing! I visited for the first time today around 2:15pm. I didn’t know exactly what to get and the person taking my order was super patient and super helpful. She gave me the best recommendation for an ice cream I wish I got It’s name. It was super tasty. The burger was ridiculously good as well. I most definitely will be back. Super satisfied. Highly recommend!!
