The restaurant itself is decent. The environment feels like an upper-scale fast food experience clean, modern, and comfortable compared to many quick-service places. It’s a good spot to grab a meal without feeling like you’re in a typical fast-food setting.
One of the biggest challenges right now is the entrance and parking layout, which can be and for us was frustrating. Hopefully as surrounding development continues and traffic patterns settle, this will improve. It’s an inconvenience, but not a deal-breaker. Be a responsible driver and you can navigate the complexity.
As for the food, I wouldn’t necessarily call it a big “I’m starving” dinner spot, but it can definitely be filling and enjoyable. The quality is about 4/5, and the service is also around 4/5. You can tell the team is still working out the flow of ordering and preparation, but the staff is clearly trying and doing a good job overall.
Considering the other dining options in this area, Freddy’s is absolutely worth visiting, even if you have to be a little patient while they get established. The minor inconveniences now im sure will likely disappear as the team gains experience.
Give them a few months and I suspect many of the people leaving harsh early reviews will end up becoming regulars.
Overall: Worth a visit if you’re hungry and willing to give a new business a fair chance. They even have the good ice for your drinks 🙂
We went late at the end of a Saturday, they were probably all tired but they were still happy giving great service.
Whenever I go to a new restaurant I like to check out the floor for cleanliness. They had two employees in the dining area cleaning up and the floor was really clean in the food prep area (from what I can see). Employees with long hair had it pulled back loosely or not at all. That always rubs me the wrong way, because hair can easily get into any food. I love it when a place has all hair slicked back under the hat like In & Out. Employees were wearing gloves .
They have a loud mic too call your number. It took 10 minutes to order (it was the week it opened so there was a line) our shakes, and it took 15 minutes to get our order.
Shakes tasted great AND THEY DID NOT ASK FOR TIPS WHILE CHECKING OUT!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐Thank you Freddy’s!!
I want to start this by saying that I understand this is a new restaurant thats only been open a few days. With that being said, I feel uniquely qualified to say that this was a horrible experience as I have opened new restaurants before. I placed a mobile order that I was suppose to pick up at 6:15. I got to the store at 5:59 because I got an email asking for my feedback so I assumed the order was ready. I patiently waited in the store until roughly 6:35 when the first employee asked me what I was waiting for. I finally got my food at 6:48. The part thats upsetting is not the wait as thats to be expected with how busy they were. Its the fact that my concretes were sitting on the counter for at least 20mins and my food for 15mins before they actually handed it to me and it took 3 separate employees to look in my bag and walk away before who I assume is the general manager walked over and handed me my items. When I got home (which is within 5mins driving) all of my food was cold and my ice cream was melted. The fries were stale and the sandwiches were gross. I wish I had just gone to McDonalds. At least then I could’ve gotten the same amount of food for way less. I am very disappointed in their customer service and quality of their food.
