Excellent fast food burger and shake joint. I really like the flavor of the patties and the service was fast considering the volume of orders. It was nice to try a new brand of burgers around here, since there’s only so many options. I like the skinny matchbox style of fries and plan on coming back for a shake and to try the other sandwiches. I strongly recommend this place, don’t pay attention to the negative reviews, it’s affordable and good tasting food.

No, I don’t like reviewing chains, but oh well. The younger folks of our outing wanted to try them on a post-Christmas bargain shopping day, and I’ll never turn a burger away. They were fine. I’ve had them before in AZ, and this one stands up well to the franchise. Where my heart puts up a fifth-star, is they hire special needs kids, and have them front and center with us patrons. They all did great, and Freddy’s was getting creamed on a late lunch/busy holiday weekday. We’ve raised two Special Olympians in our house, and it’s so nice to see management here give opportunities for folks to be productive citizens. Oh, and the fried Cheese Curds were chewy awesomeness. Jus’ sayin’…

Update10/27/25: I went to Freddy’s today as promised. I placed my order at 11:19AM and had my food on the table at 11:30AM. Order 2 burgers (meals) and a regular order of Cheese Curds. Had ZERO issues. The place was clean and everything was well stocked.

To all of you hating on this place. All you thumb suckers who complain about having to wait need to get over yourselves. If you think you can do better, by all means, put in a application. Put up or shut up!

They are still actively training staff and for some of them, this is probably their first job. Its normal for a newly opened place to take 2-3 months to find their groove. Good luck guys!

I have not been to this Freddy’s yet. But I have been to several Freddy’s across several states. Freddy’s has great burgers. Better than Rogers Burgers by far. This location in still new and working out the kinks. Give them a break!!! Even the worst location (not this one) I have been to is still better than Wendy’s/McDonalds/Burger King. I just learned of this location opening this last week. I have told everyone I know, (and then some!) to go get the Frozen Custard. Seriously the best I have ever had!! I have been wanting to open a Freddy’s here for a long time but its very expensive. I am happy to see that someone FINALLY was able to do it!! (we need a Culvers next just for the cheese curds!) Best of luck the this location!! I will be making a trip over there this weekend and will give a honest opinion then, BUT until then, give them a try!!!!

First time eating at Freddy’s the has thin crispy shoestring French fries, I personally really enjoyed there onion rings though. They did have the option to have tater tots as well. I got the California burger which was really good. The smash patties were nice and thin. All the ingredients seem to be very fresh. We went during dinner time and even though they were packed it didn’t take them long to bring out our food. I look forward to my next opportunity to go to Freddy’s.

We ordered 2 burgers, 1 jalapeno with tots, 1 normal with the hardest shoestring fries ever and a shake. We waited 20 minutes for our food. When we got it, it was cold and overcooked. My bun was gross. Needless to say I won’t be back. Expensive for just 1 ok and 1 gross burger. My husband did say the shake was good.

Stopped by the new Freddy’s in Post Falls and the staff was upbeat, hustling, and doing everything they could to keep things moving — busy is an understatement!

Only heads-up: if an item is discontinued, it should really come off the menu. Nothing stings like waiting in the drive-thru and finding out your go-to isn’t available anymore. Easy fix for a new location still working out the kinks.

Once they dial everything in, this place is going to be solid. Looking forward to seeing them hit their stride!

The place was so busy because I think we hit the end of lunch rush, still ordering went quickly and the order was ready quickly hot and fresh. Shoestring fries were great and so were the burgers. It gets a 2 thumbs up.

This was our first time eating here and OMG—we will definitely be back. My boyfriend ordered the double bacon burger and I had the patty melt.
Side note: smash burgers… what a brilliant marketing ploy One-third of the beef for the same price—well played.
The patty melt was actually made with a steak burger, not just a basic hamburger patty like most places around Idaho use, and it made a huge difference. We both got combos and the total was only $24.
And the fries? Freaking amazing. I used to think McDonald’s had the only good fries—and honestly the only good thing they sell—but these are officially my new favorite. Super skinny, perfectly crispy, just right.
Everything was fantastic. I can’t wait to try their shakes and more of their burgers!
