The last couple times we have gone to this particular Freddy’s the service has been incredibly slow. Time before last we were in the drive thru for over 15 minutes waiting on a sundae. This last time we sat at the drive thru order speaker for about 5 minutes just waiting on a hello. We were starting to wonder if the place was closed but we had seen people walk inside. Giving up on the drive thru we drove around and parked and I made my 13-year-old go in and order on her own. I think we will start trying the Clifton location instead. It has been our habit to get something at the Horizon Freddy’s before we head back home to Silt.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Pheonix was helpful and polite. She walked around and checked on each table and gave us a great a wonderful customer service experience. The food was fresh and tasty.

thr food is tasty but whatever you do dont order a large chili cheese fries. they either wont have it or they will give u a small then gaslight you and say that it’s the same portions as a large when it clearly isn’t.

Horrible experience dining here. Used men’s restroom; smelled like something died in it. Both soap dispensers were not working and/or filled. I politely let manager know and she rudely refused to help fill the manual soap dispenser (a literal 2 minute job) after I requested her support prior to eating my meal. She also refused to fill it 30 mins later after we finished our meal and my father needed to use the restroom. Completely unprofessional, disgusting, and unsanitary. I’d avoid this Freddy’s.

The Freddy’s double meal could have been worse, but not by much. Burgers were dry and overcooked. Barely enough cheese to qualify as cheese. Onion slice was way too thick and overpowered the sandwich. I tried their tater tot add on. Tots were too spicy and again overpowered with onion flavor. What I didn’t expect was watching the worker doing the fries and tots and NEVER filling the containers. I got a 2/3 full container. I can’t complain about that as I didn’t want to finish what I had. Service was slow but then it was busy.
