Went here for my daughter’s birthday dinner. She loved her Ice Cream, and the food was pretty good. It was our first time here and even though we probably won’t eat here often. It wasn’t horrible. The staff was super kind and patient with us, being that we brought a 3 year old.

staff and burgers were good. ordered a chocolate shake, received a shake made with vanilla custard and chocolate syrup instead of chocolate custard as customary. my kid ordered a kids meal and came without the stickers/book they usually come with. when I asked staff they simply told me thats how they do it now…would have ordered different items had I known. no thanks.

The food was just ok. I remember loving Freddy’s. Their burgers used to be seasoned and delicious, this time it was flavourless and even pink on the inside. The fries were good, just extremely short pieces as if it was the bottom of the batch. Onion rings were good. The prices are extremely high..something like 30$ for two burgers. It just didn’t hit the spot as I wanted, but the workers were nice!

Place is awful. Way over priced for a patty that is without an exaggeration less than 1/4”! You have to get a triple for the equivalent of a single at any other place.
Fries are so thin you have to eat them immediately or they turn cold.
Management here is absolutely the worst. Both of the 2 trash cans were so over full we couldn’t throw our trash in them without pushing existing trash in deeper.
The vinyl on the booth was so warn you saw the foam. The vinyl on the chairs were cracking.
They ran out of salt for the fries. And when we asked to try the custard the nice girl at the register asked the manager who said to her no!
I don’t know if that is a management thing or a corporate thing but it can’t be a liability thing as they have the ketchup in those little paper containers and other stuff that isn’t very hygienic. So to me it’s just a greed thing and a stupid thing. We obviously didn’t buy their custard because we couldn’t try it.

I had came in and order an Freddys original double with bacon combo and was minding my business when this lady who was like in her 60s started yelling and arguing with one the employees about the tables being dirty and that she needed a rag so she can go clean all the tables. She then proceeded to clean every table and booth in the store while complaining about how they can’t do their jobs and have horrible work ethic cause they are teenagers. It’s mean yeah the tables and the lobby was dirty but you could clearly see that they were short staffed during dinner time. Then she demanded to see the manager and one he showed up she started yelling at him and telling him he’s doing a bad job. All things considered both the employee and manager handled the situation really well and the combo was good on top of it! 10/10 recommend!

I don’t even know where to start. ♀️ I came tonight and asked for a grilled cheese, no swiss, only american. Usually at the speaker they say “grilled cheese steak burger?” And I say no, grilled cheese. (Not sure what’s so hard to understand). So today they didn’t ask so I assumed they rang up a grilled cheese. I get my food, and they gave me a grilled cheese steak burger. (Y’all literally have one job….an EASY job). I said “this is supposed to be a grilled cheese.” He said ok pull forward and I’ll remake it. I had to remind him he needs to give me back the difference money wise. So he did. I literally repeated to him, grilled cheese, no swiss. So what did I get? A grilled cheese WITH SWISS. What is so hard to understand about a grilled cheese, no swiss, american cheese only? It’s literally the easiest thing to make. Lord have mercy. Where is all the common sense in this place? Smfh.
