I found what I’m sincerely hoping is a beard hair way down in my Custard/concrete. After I had eaten several bites. The hair was a red/auburn color.

Two stars because the food was good. But when you walk in and the place is filthy, makes you not want to eat here. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY ( three tables occupied at this time and not busy at all!!) . Looked around after sitting at an open but the least dirty table, employees are standing around on their phones… to bad I don’t enjoy eating at a restaurant that doesn’t clean up the tables at some point during the shift… oh and to add, both trash cans stuffed full and overflowing on our way out.

Custard was fine. They forgot our order—yes, the single item we ordered—and when my date went to check on it, the counter staff perfected the art of pretending he didn’t exist. In hindsight, it was an impressively accurate preview of how the date itself wrapped up.

Well, the place was hammered. Fortunately whoever was in charge of ensuring the place was staffed and stocked was competent. Opening night and they were moving orders like they were born doing it. The staff was super excited and friendly. Although training, they still have an excellent operating rhythm.
The food was superb and quick. We ordered at 705, had food in hand under 10 minutes later and by 740 we had finished. They were out of tea. But it’s forgivable because of the volume of people they had coming through. Great opening and I’m looking forward to many more meals here in the future.

First time at the Brighton Store. Went in to sit in the dining room as the drive through was stacked and I wanted to eat my food while fresh and hot.
Burger well cooked and I get it with cheese and onion only. It arrived hot and how I wanted it to be made. I got a combo and ordered a little side of cheese to dip my fries. Everything was hot and tasted good. Burger may have been a little salty for my taste but I ate it anyway it was good.
Good job!!! Will bring my mom here. She will love the burgers as they are thinner and she likes them like that. Plus you have custard too. She will never pass up a dessert.

We came to order dinner for a fundraiser at my daughter’s school. I saw they had a fish sandwich and was excited to try it. It was okay, no cheese on it like advertised. Not bad but could’ve been better. I probably won’t order it again though.

I would give it a negative stars if I could. My large drink was not filled up. My double patty melt that I paid for only had one patty. My large ice cream was not up to standard. Unfortunately this is not the first time it has happened. I stopped going here for over a year. Clearly do not care about their customers!

Directing my frustrations to the manager of the restaurant here, your quality control for the food served at this location is going downhill. Freddy’s is our favorite fast food spot in Brighton but the last 3 to 4 times we have stopped in something has been wrong. Just last night we ordered at the drive thru and when we pulled food out of the bag when we got home I saw that my 8 dollar curds were burnt to a crisp, our large fries were half full with extremely over salted fried. The half and half concrete I ordered was all chocolate. It seems like every time we stop in there something is wrong with our order or the food is off. Last time we got takeout we realized we were missing a burger when we got home and the fries tasted like dirty grease with no salt. We are going to just start driving to Thornton location in hopes they don’t keep wasting our money with sub par food. Please correct this!!! I’d sure appreciate a refund for all the food I haven’t gotten to eat here lately!! Last night was an example of another wasted 10 dollars! When you spend 45 dollars on a fast food meal for two it better be decent!

Love us some Freddy’s! Great steakburgers and custard. Love the grilled cheese steakburger, however, the last couple times I’ve gotten it the bread was not toasted at all. Please toast the bread on the grill and this burger is perfect.
