Truly just flush your money down the toilet instead of going here. “Large”-“tots” and “cheese”burger. Not at all busy when i went 1 family in restaurant 1 car in drive thru, and only my bag in Grab and Go. Grabbed said bag within 10min of ordering for a seemingly refrigerated temp CRAZY FATTY burger (you cant taste meat just oil). I dont blame the high school workers, likely following protocol; but with the quality decline of the establishment its absolutely not worth it for some hash brown crumbs in oil and a cheeseless (yellow is mustard theres maybe a half slice at the edge) grease patty. PATHETIC! Ordered thru drive-thru, double jalapeño burger & fries. Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru window for them to screw up. This is the most pathetic looking chicken sandwich and not comparable to the $9 double jalapeño burger. Not to mention cold fries that were completely just dumped into the bag.

Have been coming here for well over a year and ordered a veggie burger with an additional patty. Tonight they refused to do it and made me pay for an entire other burger to get my additional patty because Ehret (that’s how the cashier spelled it) the manager decided this was a new rule of his. I will never come back here due to this manager wasting my money on a non-existent policy.
Additionally, the cashier and him laughed at me for being upset about this. Overall terrible experience from this manager.

I love this place. I always get the California burger with extra pickles and onions. Every time I get it, it is loaded with pickles and onions. The burger basket is always overflowing with crisp fries. Service is quick and polite. The tables are usually well maintained, except when they are super busy. Then they get a little messy. The custard is always good.

I have always heard about freedy. Never had the time to go. Tonight I take my lady to Freddy’s. And let be frank about is. The service below standards. My lady has never been there before. 2 jalapeno burgers and totts and Dr pepper s. Dr pepper was ok. But we was going down the interstate. And I grab for the totts. And something look like sticks. Was in there. Fries I guess. Sorry a-_ fries. I said give me my burger. Oh my lord. McDonald’s had more beef between your buns then freedys did. Look like card board skinny. That was the 1st time going and the last time too. Thumbs 5 down.

Freddys is definitely one of the nicest restaurants I have personally seen. Shows a nice L.A style architecture building and definitely has a very impactful history. Everyone has a bright attitude and always are welcome there. Food is always fresh and the quote “The taste that brings you back” is 100% true.

Best freddy’s ever! Good food and great service! Stepped in just before they opened and was welcomed by a younger guy with glasses. Provided fine dining level service at a fast food joint! Come time for promotion, take a look at this kid. He’s going places!

I was disappointed with my visit. My prime rib steak burger patties were much thinner than I expected, and the overall portion didn’t feel like good value for the price. I paid $16 for a thin soggy burger.

Please dont eat here. I went in a few days ago and the manager Eric or what ever his name is Took my order when I asked for a lettuce wrap. Im deathly allergic to gluten. I asked him to make sure the cooks know that my food is a allergy I could see that he didnt mark it on the screen as a allergy they always do this for me. When I asked about it he said that he would let them know. We’ll I sat down and watched them make my food the manager then went back to help make my food right after giving another customer their food. Didn’t even bother to change gloves he folded my lettuce wrap with his gluten filled gloves. Then tryed to server that to me. When I called him out about it he said that he handled it like they do all their allergy orders and took great care. I know this is a lie as I saw him do it I took my food to not argue with him but when I walked away he laughed at me with the other staff. This place used to be good but if I cant eat here without risk of dying I will not be back. Eric should be talked to about handling health issues
