2 of us Went to dinner on a Thursday at just after 7 pm.
There was a line for the drive through and a line inside. However, the line went quick.
We ordered within 5 minutes and had all of our food within 12 -ish minutes. Which is pretty good with all the people that were there. I’m so glad that Freddy’s moved here– Freddy’s fries are my favorite.
One of my favorite memories is meeting Freddy at the opening of a Freddy’s in Loveland, near Walmart with my friend Perla many years ago.

This has to be the worst Freddy’s. Everytime we order takeout, they forget part of our order, or give us something we didn’t order. Don’t put any sauces, napkins or straws in the bag. They owner or manager need to seriously have a talk with their staff. It’s a brand new restaurant and already have a horrible rating. We have been waiting for a restaurant to come to our town, finally get one and it sucks. Really need to do better FREDDY’S. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF.

Placed an order for two people. Waited 25 minutes for my order to be called. The manager on duty packed my order, $20 of food was missing including an entire meal. My fault for not checking the bag before leaving but no apology was offered when we called back. I was offered gift cards if I drove back across town, instead of refunding my money. Poor experience overall, no attention to detail, service was average, cleanliness was ok. I had higher expectations for a newly opened fast food restaurant.

This is what an almost $7 brownie delight sundae looks like… my husband even questioned them… the only thing I switched was the chocolate custard to vanilla custard. We’ve been to other Freddy’s locations before but this location is a rip off… there’s hardly any custard and where is the brownie? The kid said “oh there’s some under there”…..

1st time at this location, close to home figured we’d give it a whirl. Time sitting in the drive thru seemed excessive, pulled up to the 2nd window and one of the workers asks if we are waiting on a burger. We had ordered 2 strawberry shakes. He walked away and a couple of minutes later another worker hands us the shakes and tells me to wait for the rest of our food, again we only ordered 2 shakes. I drive past this place daily, I would estimate that they had full staff in training for at least 3 or 4 full days and this is the best they can do? I understand this isn’t some glamour job but y’all at least have to try and do it right. Chick filet, In n Out, Culver’s, all fast food restaurants and they all do it right 99 percent of the time. Between all 3 in the last 5 years I haven’t had 5 mistakes at these places combined. Where is the leadership?
